Once I receive my car back I verbally told the gentleman who worked on my car that I was extremely satisfied very pleased however I am not happy about being asked to do surveys of any kind because I don't do them that takes away from everything

I had an appointment at 330pm to drop off my car, for repair also rental was en route to pick me up but he was confused as I was someone changed my location to West and everyone sitting up front at the desk..just acted like I was in the wrong..they didn't not even apologize just like I made the mistake..customer service is horrible they are rude..you may want to pass on this shop to repair your car especially if you are brown like myself. I Will let everyone not to bring there vehicle to this shop.

Went there thru insurance but would not hesitate to go back if work was needed out of pocket. Vehicle was repaired quickly and I was updated throughout the week of progress and estimated completion date.

Top notch. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was explained fully and reasonable expectations were communicated. Was kept in the loop during the repair process via text. Work was hardly noticeable and everything looked brand new. Would highly recommend.
