Place is legit. I’d say slightly better than SW due to them being more staffed. Someone helped me right away as opposed to Sherwin where I walk in the door to a long line where two people are working.

The best for experience, customer service, color matching, etc. If you're looking for the best price, then go to Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. However, if you want the best service you can get, don't waste your time and energy on big box hardware stores. Creative paints has low employee turnover and that's translates to EXPERTS not poorly trained revolving door employees that don't really care if you get what you need or not.
