I have had printer headaches for years - prior to working with CRI Digital. Mike and his team delivered our new printer/scanner/fax solution and did it with spectacular customer service. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process making sure I understood everything. You can tell they really care. I'm so glad we are working with CRI Digital!

Bryan came in to my work to fix our printer and he was very nice I wish he stayed and had lunch with us. Printer was fixed right away and we are sure to call up CRI when there are any issues with our printer. 5/5

Doing business with a family run printer company was the greatest decision I’ve made in my life. The owner and his employees made my life 100 times easier with setting everything up and teaching me and my coworkers how to operate the printer to get the most out of it. Everyone is happy to help you and they are always on top of everything. Never experienced any inconveniences or issues with them, they run a well oiled machine. I will continue doing business with CRI and recommending them to whoever is in the need

I work for Surge Staffing in LaGrange, Ga. I recently had to call CRI to order another toner for our printer, and needed an update/tracking information on when it would arrive. I sent the email to the support team and within minutes, I received a phone call from Scott DiFrancesco. Scott went above and beyond to help me, in providing me the tracking information for my toner. I also asked if I could go ahead and order another toner, so that I have a back up toner, and within minutes of our phone call ending, I received an email from Scott letting me know that my additional toner has been ordered and would arrive within 2-3 days. This is a new process for me and it was hands down, the easiest, stress free customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you Scott!

One of the best consumer experiences of my life. I am was amazed by their customer service, speed of delivery and prices! I am so happy I found CRI Digital Communications! The team even came in to setup our printer, and teach us how to use it. Incredible! Highly recommend!

That’s amazing place to buy a copy from always up in the top Help respond quick come to your service your machines and house update, software, Scott, and the family and everybody working.
