The service is AWFUL... They cannot take credit or debit payments at all cause their system goes down EVERYTIME!! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I really do not like Cricket.

Dewon was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the phone that we purchased for our daughter. He even noticed that we could save money on our monthly plan and changed it for us. So polite and helpful. Nice to have a great customer service experience.
