Went there twice trying to upgrade two different phones I purchased online and twice was told they are locked, lucky with the second phone I went down the street to a different cricket store and was able to get setup within minutes.

Went to this location today at 5:10 pm the sign said open but there was a board on the door and a board on one window and there was no one in there working I called and there has been no answer for 2 days now I need to get it together at this location

I give cricket wireless 3 stars for the simple fact there prices are way to high, they want 30 dollars for a phone case that I paid 7.99 for at Amazon... I've been with cricket wireless for over 4 years but in that time their prices have never went down.

Fast easy service! Was not crowded took maybe 15 minutes to get a SIM card and service started. Customer service was very helpful!

shocked at the miss information and disrespect from employee who goes by the name of Day kiwanda. I cant not understand why Cricket would have hired such a bad employee to represent their company. I will never go to the Cricket store located at central point again. Also this interaction prompts me to somewhat rethink Cricket as being my Cell provider . This employee needs to be fired. I too would go to negative zero stars if it was available.I visited store because i needed a phone to get me through until I could purchase a galaxy s20 Fe. I was told that the one they had was the Galaxy s20 but not the Fe. I asked if I could look up Cricket's website on the demo phone and was told " No" the demo phone were not connected". I proceeded to give it a try and I was able to look up the Cricket Galaxy s20 Fe when I was told by the employee that if i tried to order this on-line that the phone may not work with the Cricket network. Cricket has been having issues with that model and that Cricket does not grantee that it would work . I then asked about the cheapest phone i could straight up out buy to get me through a week or two until i could upgrade to the Galaxy s20 Fe. I was told that i could not see the phone and then directed to looking at her computer monitor to see details of the phone. Know that i have difficulty seeing and she was no help to my disability. There are other things we spoke of that I have not listed here which were all miss represented. While i was trying to figure out the specs. another person walks in and at this point the employee starts to be come disrespectful and belligerent to me. I feel that her change in demeanor was to belittle me. when this happened i just walked out. this all happen on 7/24/21.

Would have given zero stars if I could! First- I called before going to the store to see if they had the phone we were interested in and was told they had it in stock. 20 minutes later, We arrive and they don’t have it anymore....no big deal. We went with another color. Second- the two gals in the store- one was apparently a trainer and the other was on her phone the entire time we were trying to set up a new account. She put a screen protector on the phone that we didn’t ask for, and I thought perhaps she was throwing it in for lying to us about having the phone we wanted. But no, we were charged $20 for it! She was rude to us, rude to the other worker and had the audacity to tell her boyfriend, whom she was on the phone with that she didn’t know why she wasn’t being considered for the store manager position! I wanted to tell her why, but was just ready to get the heck outta there at that point.
