I think the staff needs to get out from behind the counter and interact with the customers because I felt so lost in there so I'm just going to stick to the cricket store on West broad Street because they actually help and not just try to get you to buy whatever

I always have good experience when I come here. The Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and go above and beyond to help customers. A special shout-out to James and DeAndre for their excellent Customer Service. I was having a very bad day, and they made me smile as well as help me solve an immediate problem that I was having.

I'm not certain what that Bishar guy is talking about. EVERYTIME I have been to this store the staff is ALWAYS friendly, outgoing, personable and knowledgeable. The staff certainly makes sure to do their best at assisting customers in the order they come into the store. This store can get busy in a hurry but they go as fast as their systems and customers allow them to go. The manager James is super friendly and everyone I know loves the service and treatment they receive when they visit the Cleveland Ave store. The Spanish speaking ladies have always treated me like family and I don't speak Spanish! I've been a cricket customer for almost 5 years now and I won't go to any store other than the Cleveland Ave location.

Cirkcat' cuscome So the 2 Spanish ladies who are there? They are only helping a Spanish Speakers People. only. I think it's kind of a racist. Well. There is other community leaving around there. So I decided to quit Cirket service because of them.

The team was very helpful with helping getting me all my information off of my older phone. before making my purchase, they helped me find all my choices with my situation. I always go to this store and I always leave with a smile.

Bryant went above and beyond to help me pick out the phone I wanted. He was friendly and outgoing and made the process a breeze! He is definitely someone that takes his job seriously. He’s very pleasant to talk to and was eager to help me with anything I possibly needed. He definitely deserves a raise because his customer service experience was a 10/10! I’ll definitely be coming back and telling all my friends to come to this store!
