I went to to ask for help with my phone, there were already others there in line. There was a lot going on, phone ringing, customers speaking in different languages, prople coming in & out of store, etc. Through it all the young lady behind the counter (Tammy) didnt miss a beat! She was helping 3 different customers at once, very efficiently, and not getting the slightest bit frustrated. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with her!

I recently went into the store to get a Phone for my friendo and the worker Who Washington hispanic and spoke spanish was treating him líke a dummy and flat out told us he didnt have time to help us when there was no one there. He didnt know i understood english and spanish so i went ahead and went to the w mound location and they helped us. They need to Fire him.

Cricket has very good service. It runs off of AT&T towers, so therefore you will have service mostly everywhere.

The employees Tammy Ashlynn and Josse were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed we just came to the country not to long ago and i can say this is one of the most pleasant experiences i have had thank you very much for your kindness and service

This location is amazing. They go above and beyond to help me every time I stop in. The crew here is very knowledgeable and helpful. They know a lot about the phones and products. They also have a great selection of speakers at this store. I recommend shopping here.
