Nasir was extremely patient and had excellent customer service! he helped me with my new iPhone 16 and successfully helped me transfer all the files I needed! Definitely helpful!

Gul did an excellent job helping us out, quickly arranging for us to receive our new phone, and then going the extra mile staying late helping us set up the new phone. We have been to other Cricket stores, but none compare to the outstanding customer service we always receive here. We would definitely recommend coming here for all your cell phone needs!

This is the 2nd time I have been into this store to buy phones. Both times the manager went out of his way to get me the best phones for the best prices! He gave me honest and reliable information to help me make my decisions. He even went out of his way to find discounts, coupons, and rewards to make my purchase even more affordable.
