My husband and I came in to get phone upgrades and the associates were very nice and helpful! Every customer was greeted when they walked in, and helped in a timely manner. Dotty was the one who helped us pick out and get our phones set up, she was wonderful. She even helped us put on the liquid screen protector! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ?
