Amy Nitzschke is the best realtor ever! My wife and I previously talked to other realtors who just didn't understand, or care, about what we actually wanted. Amy took the time to show us properties that we were interested in and encouraged us to constantly go see places in person.I would highly recommend Amy for your house buying experience.

My husband and I were moving out of state for new jobs and needed to sell our home quickly and for the best price. That meant getting the best Realtor in the business!I've worked with Jeremy in the past and knew his work ethic. From the moment we reached out about selling our home, Jeremy was on top of everything. He knew the area well, including the community attributes at Northstar, visited our home, priced it out, pictures and videos taken, and even had flyers made all within days. We worked closely with him and his assistant Alison to get our home on the market and sold for top dollar quickly. We worked with Jeremy to sell our first home, and he was awesome! Being first time home sellers, we were very new to the process and he explained everything thoroughly and he was always willing to answer any questions. Working with CRT was super easy! Jeremy and Alison were very prompt in responding to emails and questions and provided both houses to look at that matched our criteria as well as giving us tools to search on our own. They were extremely helpful in getting us appointments to see homes quickly and Jeremy was super helpful and knowledgeable about the negotiation process. The process was much easier than we anticipated after seeing what our friends who bought houses went through and we would highly recommend CRT to anyone that is purchasing a home!

Working with CRT to buy a new home and sell our previous one couldn’t have been any easier. We were constantly reassured we made the right choice in CRT. Jeremy’s knowledge and experience were evident the entire time, from prepping our current house, to listing it and then navigating the contract process that involved a lot of back and forth. The listing photos and related marketing were higher quality than anything we saw during our searches. Much like Jeremy, Alison was always available and she was also very efficient at helping us with all the details along the way. We hope CRT is licensed wherever we buy next!

I met Jeremy randomly at an open house. I ended up buying the house with Jeremy as my buying agent and also using Jeremy as a listing agent to sell my existing house. He helped coordinate all of the sales and got both sales to close within 24 hours of eachother. Everything went incredibly smooth. Communication was excellent from Jeremy and his associates. They used a professional photography company and I feel like the pictures turned out great. I would definitely use CRT again.

My name is Rachel and I am a social media influencer who is known for my advocacy against child sex-trafficking and pedophilia. On July 29th, 2020, I shared several links on my public platform denouncing pedophilia and child sex-trafficking. One post, in particular, pertained to a well-known convicted sex-trafficker and his connections to New Albany, Ohio. Upon sharing my public statements, a man under the profile "Paul Mielke", who is not in my social network, approached my platform submitting the "laughing emoji" on all three posts denouncing pedophilia and child sex-trafficking. At that time, I became extremely guarded. Who was this man? Why was he approaching my platform when he was not a part of my network, at all? Upon searching his profile, the only information listed on his profile was that he is Realtor with CRT, Realtors in Gahanna, Ohio. We had a couple of mutual friends on that particular platform but he listed no other information about himself except for his place of work. At that time, I reached out to CRT, Realtors and was met with an extremely inappropriate response from Jeremy Pape, the broker. So, I went to the company website and located Mr. Mielke's phone number. I reached out to Mr. Mielke explaining who I was, why I was reaching out, and asked him five questions. Several hours later, I received a text message response that said I needed "mental help" and continued making derogatory comments- completely disregarding my concerns. On August 18th, 2020, I filed a 12-page formal complaint to CRT, Realtors. At that time, the Broker, Jeremy, avoided any and all communication with me claiming is company attorney would speak on behalf of him and the company. Well, here I sit. It is day 96 of my complaint and am still waiting on the State of Ohio to take action. I have yet to receive an appropriate response from Mr. Mielke or Mr. Pape. I am extremely confused and disturbed by not only the behavior of Mr. Mielke- but the company as a whole. Why am I not receiving a response? Why is action not being taken against Mr. Mielke? Why did I not receive an apology? Why is the company protecting Mr. Mielke? Why do people who hold licenses with the state get fired for mocking racism- but not child trafficking? Why do people who represent the public get reprimanded for making political or racial statements - but - pedophilia (also a crime) is not treated the same? Thank you. Rachel
