We bought a unit at auction, while cleaning it out we were helped by Liz and Greg. They were absolutely fantastic and very helpful! Facilities were clean and well kept as well!

Sylvia and Greg have been absolutely amazing. They have accommodated me with all of my delays in moving in, my several big trucks blocking the driveway and my constant blathering.

This place used to be really great. No longer the case. The past year or so, it's gone way down hill, and it uncomfortable, and unsafe to step inside the facility many times. This place is a disgrace. The problem is simply management. There are homeless people (tenants) camping out in the units, they're all set up like tiny like homes, this has been going on for a while now. They are clearly in the unit the entire day with the overhead door pulled down 3/4, while management is in the facility, yet do nothing. There are roaches, bugs, and rats, that have infested the facility as well, because of the camping tenants having food and water in the units. Meanwhile management has removed the trash dumpster from the tenants, so that only they can access it. So, in turn, excess amounts of trash accumulate daily... inside, and outside of the facility doors. And alot of it stays there for weeks. Tenants also continue to smoke cigarettes inside the facility, there are butts and ashes on the hallway floors. The doors are constantly propped open, or broken, so random people can access the facility whenever they want. The list is long and the day is short, but I definitely would be mindful of these things until management is addressed.
