I had my items in storage for about 8 months and Ms. Tracy made it such a delightful experience. She was so kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She helped me from the beginning to the end! I would definitely recommend cube smart because of her!

Demetri Allen was very helpful with me securing a spot. At 1st there was an issue with my space that was reserved because of painting on the property. Demetri was able to find a workable solution for me. His customer service was top notch. Would recommend anyone looking for storage to contact them.

On Sunday may 4th I was trying to rent a space to store a trailer, I rented the biggest unit they had just to find out it would not fit. I had to rent and outside unit making me pay double payments, I could not find the unit and was starting to stress out. I ran into the GM Tracey and explained the situation she started to laugh and said don’t worry I got you. She assured me a refund on the unit I could not use, she then showed me were to park my trailer. I currently have another unit I’ve been renting for a few months and was thinking of changing companies, well after dealing with Tracey that will NOT happen her customer service was amazing and she made things extremely easy, you don’t find service like that anymore and I recommend if your looking for a storage unit stop and see Tracey at Cube smart on west broad street. Great job Tracey thank you for all you did. Received a call from Demetrice about my refund on Monday first thing in the morning, he assured me it will be taking care of immediately I’m so amazed how this team treats customers absolute amazing to see customer service like this in todays world. Thank you both you guys rock!!!!

Rented a storage space today. The process was super easy. Demetri was excellent, he explained the whole process, showed us the storage unit and we were able to finalize the rental in no time. The service was friendly and efficient. Couldn't be happier.
