The HVAC guy was over 2hours late for the appointment. That wouldn't have been an issue if they had called and let us know. We had to call them to find out what was going on. The technician was nice and informative, no issues with him. However be forewarned, Custom Air price gouges their replacement parts. The technician replaced the "contactor" on our Train heat pump and charged us $292.00 for this part. I asked for the defective part and the technician reluctantly left it with me. After he left I looked up the part via make and model number and it is being sold online between $25 to $40. That is ridiculous! I understand that companies have to make money off of supplies/parts they use on jobs. However, I am sure Custom Air is able to get parts at a discount through suppliers and to charge customers 9 to 10 times more than what a product costs them is highway robbery and I refuse to be a victim of theft again!

I found these folks after a web search for "HVAC services Delaware OH."
I had a very quick imital outreach call, then in about an hour or so, two staffers arrived at my house and resolved my HVAC issues
very quickly.
It was affordable, good communication, great engagement! ?

Service technician quickly identified the problem with our system and resolved our problem for a reasonable cost. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell for more services like other providers often do. Also, I was able to schedule the service within just a day or two of my call.

Hello,
OJ performed bi annually maintenance today. He was on time, professional, very interactive and friendly. I highly recommend him and will request he come back for the next service.
He gave great advice on filters, duct cleaning and air purifiers.

Braden, the technician, quickly diagnosed the air conditioner problem and got it going again. Only disappointment was being charged $248 for an “after hours” service call when I called at 3:40 pm. I guess “after hours” starts as early as they want It to.
