They pharmacist and pharmacy workers are well organized and they get back to customers at a reasonable time. The driver through workers were very friendly and polite.

Employees do not know where items were in the store. We got a call at 5:pm while we were eating. I tried to call back to speak to pharmacist and was told to leave my #. I DID NOT! This store acts like they could care less if you shop there or not!

I've said it before if I could give NO STARS I would for this location CVS! The store manager Melanie Richey doesn't have the customer in the forefront she's all about corporate! I had a coupon from CVS and within a 24 hour time frame she and her employees would not honor the coupon. I have been to other locations and they honored it, so it leads me to believe it's up to management. I will in the future boycott this location it's ashame I have to drive further out to receive 5 star treatment!

Very nice customer service with a smile. They’re willing to assist you, my CSR gave me time to upload my rewards at the last minute when I had forgotten and I was able to save more at the register. I appreciate it!
