I love when I have to pick up my medicine. I always use the drive-thru and Cara is awesome. She is always polite, smiling and professional. She is a great asset to CVS.

Still slow as ever, prob the slowest location in Columbus. Negitive Reviews are being deleted as well too. Rating was as low as 1 star with over 100 reviews. Now suddenly there are only a handful of reviews now. Cars are wrapped around the building at 8:08pm on a Thurs.

Dropped off a prescription they said come back in 30 minutes. Come back in 30 and they tell me they don't have it on stock. Tell me to pick up at Norton Road in 1 hour. I go to Norton road after 2 hours and they tell me it'll be another 45 minutes. CVS is a joke

Slower than I expected for a 24 hour pharmacy! It's only 9pm on a Friday...only 2 employees! Very frustrated!

Very slow service. Uncessary waiting for even simple paperwork or documentation. When you ask why I am waiting, they even make things slower. We are wasting all of our sources and the most valuable one the time for whole nonses. God bless America.

A few tips of advice when using this CVS:

Worst CVS I have ever been to. I only came to this location because I went to urgent care at night and this was the closest open CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist lady seemed incompetent. Took forever to fill my prescription, then she never called my name even though she knew I was waiting (and I was the ONLY customer waiting). After 30 minutes I spoke to the other pharmacist and he found that the prescription had been filled and was sitting there. His comment was "oh she filled that before she left to go up front". And to top it all off, they were completely out of a common medication. I have good experiences at most CVS locations, but suggest everyone avoid this one !

This location has really slow service. I’ve used this location for about 6 or 7 years now and the last few years have been terrible in terms of timely service. I have been waiting 5 days for a prescription refill. Call and the auto phone service says “in progress”. Ask to speak to the pharmacy and a 12 minute wait on phone. Told they will expedite. This has happened several times now. I realize I have maintenance, routine prescriptions that may not be priority, but having to call and wait 5 days is ridiculous. My insurance requires I use CVS. Are there any better stores in the west side? Why require someone who is out of a maintenance prescription wait 5 days?!

This CVS is one of the few 24 hour pharmacies and is super busy. The pharmacy is understaffed and so busy. They are always very polite and helpful the customer service workers are super friendly. 3 stars are for how long the turn around is for dr calling in meds and it actually being filled. Plus the wait time if you call. If the staff wasn't so nice I would have given it way less stars.

This is the absolute worst CVS I've ever been to. They have ONE pleasant employee in the pharmacy (the pharmacist with long dark hair). I had one girl give me full on attitude and use a condescending tone with me saying "what can I do for you SIR" after stating I needed to refill a script. I transferred all my scripts to another CVS which is unfortunate because I do like the one gal. Never had such a bad experience.

RUDE !! Female pharmacist on 09/04 at about 6:30, picked up prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday as originally promised from last week. Picked up this evening and wanted to know what type of bandages would be best, I mean I did pay for this out of pocket so to have it absorbed by the wrong bandage would be a waist. Her response was, “One that stick.” I understand this isn’t a wealthy neighborhood whatsoever but it doesn’t give you the right to treat people like they don’t matter. And on Saturday the male pharmacist wasn’t much better. RUDE people!

This place has a seriously understaffed pharmacy! It is always busy, so they are behind and causes alot of back ups. If your sick and all you want is your medication so you can go home and go to bed, this is not your place. Most of the time they are still nice, but there have certainly been plenty of time where you are met with an attitude. That is completely unnecessary when working any form of customer service.
