I called to transfer my fife prescription from Walmart Stephanie answered my call she was very rude and told why don’t you stay with Walmart when my wife got there she was yelling and talking bad about the customer thinking my wife not hearing what she is saying it was my worst experience ever with a pharmacy will never go there again

Immediately and I mean immediately cut me off after the first word of every sentence I was trying to form to ask a question. I was met with a condescending “I don’t know” about how orders get to them. All I was trying to ask was about how long does it take to fill an order. Literally my only question.

My favorite pharmacy team at the CVS on Olentangy River Road is the pharmacist, Stephanie and the pharmacy technician, Sandra. They are both knowledgeable, patient and offer helpful advice when needed. I trust them both. Sandra always greets me with a smile and calls me by name!

Older lady pharmacist with short bangs was incredibly rude. She may have been a floater pharmacist but was honestly flat out mean. She was unwilling to help me and when I brought up a discount card she was visibly annoyed that I would even ask. She said the price she had was the lowest price. I asked if she would look in the system for a discount price as every other cvs pharmacy I’ve gone to offers to look up discounts to bring the cost down. After looking for about a minute she comes back with a lower price (still more expensive than I have ever paid for my meds) she asks if she should just go ahead and put it back. At this point she was pushing me to my limit so I said sure go ahead and put it back. I continued to walk and browse in the surrounding sections as I was also here to shop. She stared me down with an annoyed face the entire time I was shopping around. Left feeling awful about this interaction, the medication I take is already incredibly hard to track down and her being another hurdle to pick up a necessary medication was terrible. Will never use this pharmacy again

The pharmacist at this location is so rude that I dread going in to pick up my prescriptions. I have to hype myself up to be in a good mood before approaching the pharmacy counter just to make it through the interaction without giving her some sass back. It's one particular pharmacist that consistently unbearable, the rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful.
