CVS on Morse and Cherrybottom in Gahanna is my go-to drug and convenience store because of discount coupons and great staff. Prices are high for convenience, but getting loyalty perks brings the prices down to reasonable. The staff is phenomenal. I use online orders, too. It is always clean, easy to shop, and has seasonal products to buy for a fun shopping experience.

Had my Suboxone script filled here for years. They got a new head pharmacist whose personal opinion is that I’ve been on Suboxone to long and she doesn’t agree with my doctor who’s an addiction specialist and thinks I need to ween off.The head pharmacist is an old lady and I’m pretty sure she thinks I’m just a junkie that needs Jesus and she’s discriminating against those in recovery who use long term maintenance medication. I’ve been in recovery on Suboxone for 17 years and got my life back. Now I’m worried that when the withdrawal kicks in I’ll risk losing my job and will have to turn to street drugs like fentanyl to function.

Whoever the woman was working up front as the cashier at 2pm was pretty unprofessional. There were three of us waiting to be checked out. As she's approaching the counter she's looking at someone else as she's asking me something, and I said "I was here first" just to clarify that I was there waiting first, because she was looking at the woman next to me, and not looking at me. And she goes "that's not what I asked. Do you or do you not have a CVS card?" Like, what's with the attitude? It honestly really rubbed me the wrong way. These cashiers are just getting ballsier and ballsier as time goes on. And at the end of the transaction she was already walking away from the register when she said "have a good day" as if I was such annoyance that she had to come up to the front to do her job. I would have just used self check out, but I couldn't because I was buying a freakin' lighter, which apparently you get ID'd for now days. It's pretty annoying for me too, sweetheart. Lose the attitude, bitch.

1 Of The Worst Pharmacys Around, They Do Not Care About Your Health At All. Very Very Rude Woman That Work In Pharmacy. The Manger David Is The Only 1 That Cares, Talk To Him If You Must Go Here! They Never Fill Your Prescription On The Day It Is Supposed To Be Filled, Always Saying That Its Staffing Issues Or They Do Not Have That Medication In Stock. So At The End Of The Day When You No Longer Have Any Medication Left & They Can Not Transfer The Prescription & Say They Do Not Have It In Stock Means That You Will Suffer Or Die With No(0) Medication. They Do Nit Care & Will Even Hang Up The Phone On You. I Would Recomend A Pharmacy In Hell Bfore These Rude Nasty People Who Care Nothing About You Health

Not my usual CVS but was in the area and needed some cough syrup and to pick up some items for a summer cold. Great customer service at this location and the folks at the counter were really nice. Enough so they it stood out as sincere and left a good impression. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Would definitely recommend this location and would stop here again if needed when in the area.

By far the worst CVS you ever want to go to all they do is lie not to mention they are extremely slow and they’ll change your medicine

Normally, their pharmacy is top notch, helpful, speedy, and overall on point. The last month or so has seen a steady downhill trend in service. I was told they aren't doing fill as you wait when I dropped my script off, and it would be 24 hours before they could even get to it. I believe this is because of COVID-19 and an increase in orders, as well as staffing issues as they have people out on leave, as well as new techs/pharmacist. I can tell they are swamped. I hope they're able to resolve this soon. If you had a rough time recently, give them another shot. I've been with them for five plus years, and this isn't the norm.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years!!! Living close by it was convenient and everyone there was all super friendly. Even knew me by my first name which is something that you usually don't get from stores. It was nice. Things have definitely changed in the past year. New pharmacist, new RULES.. just ridiculous. Today I waited in line to get my medications. I was three cars deep in line but it always seems to move fast so I stuck it out. After about 8 to 10 mins I get my turn. Pull up to the window to see a shade has been pulled and a sign saying "we take lunch from 1:30pm to 2:00pm everyday" seriously?? How rude and unprofessional are you!? You can't see the last person.. ? I checked the time .. it was 1:31pm. There has to be a better way to do this. Is this the best you could come up with? I Stuck it out here with you CVS but now I'm going to be moving to another pharmacy. Oh and other patrons.. don't need meds or come by at that time, there is nobody working!!! Jesus.
