The staff here is very rude and uncaring. At the Cleveland ave store.The Pharmacist I spoke today really needs to learn how to be a caring person. She would not give her name . It is sad that they make someone who just got out of the hospital from having surgery and makes them wait over 19 hours to get their pain medication. They do not care if a person is in pain.

Don't ever get your prescriptions here they give you a time and it's never ready at that time,it's now day 3 of me coming back after the third time and still not ready how!!!!

The pharmacy staff here is VERY rude and unprofessional. Think that playing with peoples medicine is a joke and is funny ! The head provider, tall black African man is VERY VERY RUDE. My medication had been sitting in there for 3 hours I go to pick it up and he tell me they need another hour to fill it. I had recently just left another cvs because my medicine was not at that location. Once I asked why it would take so long after I already gave them 3 hours to fill it (I came up at 6pm) he then tells me he’s gonna have it sent to another location. My medication was an antibiotic for strep and I am also covid positive so I am very sick and frustrated. I asked if he could call the other pharmacy to make sure they get it and he said no. I call the other pharmacy and they tell me that he has it on hold and for me to ask why is it on hold. I try to ask and he then tells me he’s “no longer dealing with me” this man SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD TO PROVIDE HERE ANY LONGER ! My mother has had the same issue with the same person for her blood pressure medication. This man thinks it is okay to hold people’s medication and give them the run around this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. & I am also a nursing student so I KNOW HOW THINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE !!!! This is life or death situations when it comes to people and their medication and he feels as though he has the audacity, authority and power to hold that from someone ?!? I have also called corporate and made a formal complaint ! Is this really someone you want as the face of your business???? Shame on all of you !!!! And no other staff member would “deal with me” as they called it, either. Just a poorly ran establishment you all should be ashamed!!!!!

I was on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up. Long enough to drive here and ask them to transfer a prescription and waited in line until they asked what I needed so I hung up he had the audacity to tell me he didn’t hear the phone ringing and acted confused. Refused to transfer my prescription. These people are lazy and just don’t feel like working.

I dont intend to keep coming back here but my doctor has accidentally sent scripts here due to there being another CVS on Cleveland. But everytime I do I feel like I have problems.I called Wed to ask about my medication, was told they had to order it and should have it the next day. Okay, fine. I call the next day, the man who answered the phone was a bit rude to me but said around 1 PM. I call at 2 PM, they didnt get the medicine and didnt know when they'd get it. Lady on the phone says she'll ask if she can get it transferred and tells me she can, that she'll be sending to N High St. I call N High Street twice before Im told by the pharmacist there that the medication cant be tranferred by them, my doctor would have to do it.I tried calling this CVS back multiple times later, on hold for a combined total of 40 minutes probably waiting for someone to answer before I finally gave up.I called again today and finally got a straight answer. They dont know when they'll have the medicine as its on backorder, they can't transfer it, and theyre shortstaffed which I understand as a retail employee but I still find myself frustrated at the lack of transparency, what feels like lying, and wasting hours of my time. I now will probably have to wait another week before I'll get ahold of my medicine.

This is the store with the employees having no idea about customer service. They are rude and on their own world, rather than helping customers. 0 star ⭐️ for this meaningless creatures.

I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a gift card at this location and the money on the card was used before I could even get home and activate the card. I returned to the store a d got zero help other than the comment final sale. Don't use this location the employees steal! CVS you need to do better!

It seems that all CVS employees including the pharmacists are required to take a course in rudeness before they can begin work. Go to Walgreen's, Kroger's, Costco, Walmart, or anywhere else, unless you want to be made to feel like the establishment is doing you a favor in taking your money from you.

I got out of this store just now. I was going to shop for cosmetics because I needed some and I grabbed a basket, I was shopping. I had to leave the basket with some products in one of the aisles and step outside real quick to make a call, and important at that one. The employee came up to me as I was walking out and didn’t even ask me if I was done shopping or anything, all she had to say was “ so you are just going to leave the Basket there”. I was thinking of explaining the situation to her but she was so rude and this is not the first time me experiencing this kind of behavior in the store so I just left. Never shopping there again. If there was a 0 star I would not even give that.

Yolanda is a manager at this CVS. And she was absolutely fabulous she took the time to help me look for hair products for my nieces and then even went as far as asking me to let her know how it works in their hair. Great customer service
