I absolutely love this CVS Hayley is always so helpful and friendly and outgoing and patient with me and i see woth others her staff are excellent as well i would choose cvs everyday thank you Hayley for your excellent work and your kindness great customer service this is a very well ran store.. im in here at least 2 times a week if not once. I have had to do biweekly testosterone injections for the last 10yrs and unfortunately I was out of town when this injection was due. I brought everything with me except for a 3cc syringe. Although the pharmacist was very nice he informed me he couldn't sell a simple 3cc syringe with no needle to me without a prescription.... so I went to Petco and got one 🤔🤨😑! What exactly am I going to do with just a 3cc syringe? Wash under my fingernails with it. Your a pharmacy so do your job, why do I have to have a prescription for that but not Tylenol which can kill you?

We've been using this CVS for about 3 years, and I'm here at least a couple times a month for various prescriptions. They're always very helpful, especially the head pharmacist, and the one gentleman who I always see there. I can see a lot of reviews mentioning rude staff, but I personally have never interacted with anyone who was anything less than perfectly polite. Staffing issues, especially since covid, have undoubtedly put a strain on the staff who've stuck around, same as literally everywhere else. Give them some grace, y'all, they're human beings, not infallible customer service robots 🙄
Recently, due to medication shortages (which to be clear, is no fault of this pharmacy), I've been forced to deal with kroger's pharmacy, and boy howdy am I glad to be back at CVS 🙄 I appreciate that their scheduled closure for lunch everyday is later (1:30-2:00) so that people on their own lunchbreaks at the usual earlier time don't have to wait until they're off for the day if they don't want to. I can't say much about the CVS itself (I find it overpriced for anything but emergency purchases) except that the security person stationed at the door is always pleasant.

Horrible seriously. They always call me up to get prescriptions and then I get there they are not ready. That auto refill sometimes and others demand you do it manually. This place is just crap. Even the staff is rude. Worst CVS I have ever used

I would give you no stars. I waited in drive thru all that time only to get to the window and it closed. Ridiculous!!! The go inside to wait in another line only for the worker to be texting while getting my medication. Never will come back. Don’t go here. My job is short staff too and we don’t treat patients this way. No excuse
