A great CVS near campus. Even though I don’t buy any groceries here, it is super convenient to get medicines from its pharmacy and multiple picture service, especially for passport photos.

I made an appointment for 9:20am for the clinic. checked in, got confirmation via text that I was confirmed and to wait till called. I waited 30 minutes. Another person came in and got called back immediately. Lo and behold my appointment got canceled and there was no form of communication about that. I left at 9:50am since it was obvious I was not getting seen. Go to little clinic instead

Went to the Minute Clinic at this location back in January and CVS still can't submit my Student Health Insurance claim correctly and keeps sending me a bill that doesn't include my actual insurance coverage. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone between OSU Student Health Insurance (Healthsmart Benefits) and CVS customer support and they still cannot figure this thing out. If you have OSU Student Health Insurance and you need to go somewhere because Wilce is closed, DO NOT GO HERE. You'll spend triple the time and money and only get subpar treatment and be fighting CVS's inability to file claims correctly.

Been coming here for years and was compelled to leave a review after today’s latest interaction. The Pharmacists are top notch and technicians are amazing. They all want to ensure customers get in and out quickly but handle in a very friendly manner. Just because the store gets terrible reviews, ignore them and know the pharmacy is a totally different experience.

Good selection, good pharmacy service.Horrible parking situation for bikes. There is only one usable bike parking rack, a lone inverted-U rack against the curb on the High Street side. The store has a second rack on the south side which only allows you to lock your wheels, not your frame, which is just plain irresponsible. Using such a rack is how your bike gets stolen, leaving only a wheel behind. Get rid of the junk wheel-only rack and install some more inverted-U racks with lighting and security cameras.

I visit this CVS all the time as I often get a few groceries and my prescriptions here. The CVS staff and pharmacists are always so friendly and helpful, and the store is often fully stocked and neatly organized! I also find the store to be accessible to anyone with physical or invisible disabilities. The entrance on both sides have accessible sidewalks and ramps that lead to motion-sensor doors. These doors remain open for a good amount of time, allowing anyone who needs extra time to get in the chance to. Additionally, I noticed disability-accessible countertops at both the pharmacy and check-out counters (although the one pictured is closed, there is another available). The aisles are clear, wide, well lit, and not loud. The only accessibility related issue I could think of is that some of the aisles are above head height, which could be difficult for someone who is in a wheelchair or doesn't have the range of motion to reach that high. Overall, great CVS location!!

04/12/2022 about 3:30 pm the pharmacy helped me after I cut my finger pretty bad on a kitchen knife this morning. They recommended I get a tetanus shot and got it to me right away covered by my insurance. The pharmacist was caring and helpful as well as the rest of the people who helped me in the store. Thanks!

This is quite a large CVS. There is a lot more food and random items here than at other places that I have seen. The pharmacy staff are super nice here. They are polite to me, and they don't make me wait too long if my order was placed elsewhere. The different entrances and exists still mess me up, but that's only a minor complaint.

I am reviewing this CVS location as I examined the accessibility of the location for a class. I was very impressed with the accessibility features of this location. Both front entrance and back entrance doors were wide and automatic so that customers do not have to open the door. There are also two handicap parking spots right outside of the back entrance. CVS did a nice job of clearing off snow and ice in the handicap parking area and on the sidewalks leading up to the back entrance. Once inside the store, aisles were wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. There were six shelves that may make reaching for an item on the top or bottom shelf challenging. The check-out counter area was also wide and accessible for an individual with a wheelchair to purchase items.

This CVS is great and conveniently located on north campus. There is handicap parking located near the back entrance close to the door. The doors are all automatic (front and back entrances), so they are accessible to individuals in wheelchairs/the visually impaired. The staff is very friendly and helpful if needed. The only issue may be that the isles are a little tight, which may make them crowded for wheelchair users. Both cashier and self-checkout options are available. Overall fairly accessible.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. The pharmacist was 20 minutes late leaving a huge line of people waiting and all of the other employees waiting for her to open. After she did open, she was so condescending I actually almost started crying. I am a grown a** adult and have never cried in public. I hope when I say this you understand the full amount of frustration and discontent she was creating. My birth control prescription was ringing up as almost $200 for no apparent reason. Every time I would tell her information to try to help her reason through the situation, she would roll her eyes or shake her head in a condescending way. She also wasted 10 minutes printing out a sheet of paper and circling the name of my prescription claims company when I told her I didn't recognize the name to prove that she was right?? Even though I gave her all the information to run it and it didn't matter who the 3rd party was? Then, after 35 minutes of me being there at this point, I find out she is not even looking at the correct prescription. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes feeling like I've been dragged through mud with only a phone number to call. When I call that number, I find out the prescription is a brand name version. I was not even prescribed this. I was prescribed the non brand name (whose name I mentioned to the pharmacist more than once and was brushed off). This non brand name is completely free. I will never be going back to this location. And I will be trying to relax today after honestly such an unreasonably upsetting experience.
