Ordered 3 prints on 3 different occasions. The prints were or around 8×10. On all 3 prints, there were a small ink spot messing up the whole picture. They didn't pay attention because they would never know about it until I pointed it out. It always shows this location for my zip code to do Same Day. By the 4th time, I ended up just going to Walgreens.

Price posted was not price I paid . I questioned easier and he stated he doesn't have to sell it to me at posted price even posted price is wrong 3 dollars difference he stated company doesn't honor that policy

Staff is friendly and helpful if you actually get a chance to interact with them. But the recorded menu options when you call are not helpful, not giving an option to speak to a pharmacist for a quick question, and the voicemail option will cut you off before you can give your information. This is likely an issue with corporate instead of the specific location, but it's very frustrating. I do not recommend using the drive thru at this location unless it's first thing in the morning or the end of the day because wait times are longer than other pharmacies, seeming as if they might allow customers to wait at the window while their Rxs are refilled instead of having them come back. My transactions at the window are very quick, so I don't see how others are taking so long unless this is the case. Going inside is a much better experience!

Their drive-through pharmacy says full service however, when you go to purchase items, they tell you that you have to go into the store to buy them after waiting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes.

This location just refuses to communicate with customers by phone, you have to leave a voice-mail if you have questions about medications and pray they return your call but the call is never returned.

As an Extra Care Card holder, I visit CVS regularly and enjoy their frequent coupons and incentive offers. My recent visit, at Morse Road, was good because Matt stepped up and helped alleviate a line at check-out. He did a very efficient and helpful job for me. DK

This particular location has gone straight to hell in the past year they strip your medications they give you the wrong milligrams they give you what they want to give you and then screw up your entire cycle of medications somebody meeting the pharmacy board needs to look into these people at what time I was charged for 90 days to apply I'll be drunk that you're not even allowed to be on for 90 days at a time this location has going to hell in a handbasket

I got in line at the drive-thru for the pharmacy at 1:10 p.m. The person at the front of the line was kept waiting until exactly 1:30 p.m. when the pharmacy closes for lunch, and was then finally handed his medication so that he could go. The car in front of me was also taken care of, however the moment I pulled up to the window they blocked the windows off and decided to go to lunch.
I can tell you clear as day that the people working in the pharmacy waited that entire time just so that they didn't have to serve anybody else in the five car line behind me.
I don't know about you, but some people need their medications ASAP. Especially when they are called in from an ER the night before, and it takes you more than 2 hours after opening just to finally fill them!
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the medical field where we know that we need to make better strides to take care of patients. The carelessness displayed at this location is unacceptable, and if they cannot stomach the idea that they are here to help people, then they need to find a different career.

I received a survey from CVS regarding the store located at Morse and Maize Rds. One of the survey questions is 'what can they do to improve' ?
As always there is nothing they have to do. Clerks are friendly and knowledgeable at this location!!!
