I went in this morning, sick, and get to the counter and ask the person if she can check me out, she rudely responded you can use self checkout. she asked if I knew how to use it and I said no, she reluctantly took me. I had a coupon from a previous visit, that I laid on the counter with my items. she rang everything up and then picked up the coupon and for like 30 seconds just stood there holding the coupon. she then looked at me, and an even ruder tone asked if I had my care card, I said I always use my phone number, she just looked at me like I was really inconveniencing her. One could tell I was physically ill and if you are going to work the counter at a pharmacy, a little better manners should be used

A very busy CVS that sometimes has significant lines at checkout. The staff is generally helpful and courteous. I was astonished with the staff today because I accidentally left my phone at self checkout. They retrieved and held it until I called them ~3 hours about honesty!

I just left the store. I was only planning on getting shampoo. I ended up buying other items. My bill came to $39.01. I did self check out and one of the items rang up for the wrong price. There was a young lady behind the counter and approached her about the discrepancy. She told me it was the tax that’s why the price change. (That’s not how taxes work but ok.) she asked where did I get the item. I showed her and then change her story two more times as to why it rang up the wrong price. I gave up because I wasn’t about to go back and forth with her. Cashiers need to learn soft skills and more importantly teach them that is not ok to roll one’s eyes when speaking to a customer. It’s is never appropriate. CVS needs to spend money on making sure the correct prices and labels are in place. But while you are at it is train your staff to interact with the public in a respectful manner.

Suggestion: Possibly ask for insurance information before ringing up medication and making customers pay uninsured prices.

Awful location, congested, unacceptably long lines both outside at pick-up window and inside store; phone tree does not work so you cannot speak to the pharmacist without jumping through hoops. Virtual call back system doesn’t work either.

I went to CVS to pick up a prescription, there was a portly , stout , heavy set light skin black woman in the window around 1 pm December 8 . She gave me multiple answers to my question when I went there to pick up medication. There was no prescription for that person , then she came back and said it wasn’t supposed to be picked up until December 13 . Then she told me I could call around to other pharmacies and have the prescription sent to another store you can’t it’s a controlled substance. This girl began laughing and snickering as if a child in foster care was a joke ,I told her I was picking meds up for a child in county care and was told the meds were ordered 2 days ago . After seeing what happened to Rite Aid, I hardly think anyone has a right to take their customers for granted .

This store has the worst customer service that you could possibly endure! Tell me how can you be a customer for 20 years but in the past 2 years, they don't recognize you in the system? Then when you give them your name and spell it for them, the heifahs think you getting smart!! Bad staff!! Bad customer service!! They know they service a large population yet have no organizational skills to fully complete a customer transaction without making the customer upset! They all need to be fired!!

It’s literally never a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. Today I go in to get a prescription that I was notified three hours prior. They received the prescription. I get to the counter. The tech tells me 10 to 15 minutes. I stay in there for 30 minutes and ask if it’s ready. And at that time, she tells me the pharmacist said it’ll be ready in about 30 To 35 minutes. The lack of communication and customer service is incredible. Not to mention, I asked her to ask the pharmacist if they carried selenium, which is a supplement that a pharmacist should at least know what it is and she told me to ask the people in the front of the store if they carried that brand …absolutely mind blowing this pharmacy sucks and it’s unfortunate that it’s the closest to my home. I will probably from now on go to a different location just to avoid this type of interaction and experience.!!!

After a tiring day of moving furniture from Cincy to Columbus we stopped at CVS at the corner of Livingston and Parsons for a bottle of wine. We bought a 750 L bottle of Barefoot Chardonnay. We couldn't wait to get home and enjoy a glass. After uncorking and pouring a glass the intense darkness of the wine was disheartening. It should've have been discarded months ago. It could not be consumed.

Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else. They have no compassion, even the pharmacist.

This place always feels like a safe bet, where I have everything I could ever want to buy right at my fingertips.

Freda...stated she is the pharmacist. If this is what leadership looks like, every patron should leave now! Nasty and matter of fact attitude and does not listen. I had to redirect her 3x and she was still nasty!
