This review is for the MinuteClinic, specifically. They are fast, professional, and very friendly! However, I’ve found that things will only go smoothly if you register/book your appointment online. If you try to call or just walk in, I can’t say that you’ll have much luck getting in quickly. The Minute Clinic is clean, organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable!
I’ve never had a good experience with the pharmacy there.. I think if they addressed those issues, the store would have better ratings

Just call the doctor’s line to avoid their BS phone system!
The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I needed to have a mail order script transferred to pick up locally. After 20 mins trying to use the phone line to no avail I called the main line. I was informed they can’t transfer me anymore. It was clear the employee has to say this often and was fed up from doing so. When I explained the issues I was having he told me to leave a voicemail, even though I’d explained it says to try again later and just disconnects me. Can’t leave a VM if I can’t reach a VM, nor did he offer an alternative solution to reach the pharmacy. I asked for management and was informed the same, saying the only other option was making an extra trip to the store. Get real. I called the doctor’s line and got a prompt answer. Beautiful. I informed Leslie I was calling the doctor’s line about a script transfer after trying to reach them for now 30 mins. She was extremely condescending with her tone and approach enough that I said I’d hold however long I needed to so I could speak with someone else. The fourth and final person I spoke with was polite and had the request taken down in under 90 secs.
I ended up having the expensive script transferred to Kroger where it only took about 2hr. Leslie with CVS had informed me it’d be 72hr “bc the mail order pharmacies don’t like to respond”. I won’t be wasting more time calling CVS back to inform them the transfer is no longer needed. They can waste their time just like they wasted mine.

The pharmacy might be the worst in Columbus and possibly Ohio. They are incredibly rude, slow, and should reassess their hiring process. Currently waiting 45 minutes for an RX that they cannot locate and several other customers unattended to despite SIX employees. Terrible.

Called in a prescription (generic medication) around 1:00 in the afternoon. I stopped by at 6:30 and the prescription still isn’t ready and was told to come back in an hour or tomorrow. I’ve never had this issue before and have always either had the prescription ready or able to be filled in less than 15 minutes.

I drive all the way over here, because the CVS near me is crap. Unfortunately, this one is going down hill too! I'll be surprised if CVS is still in business 10 years from now.

No matter how early you call they won't get it prepared until you are in the pharmacy itself. Meanwhile everyone in the drive through seems to never have to wait much at all while it is 10 persons deep in line waiting to sign for your insurance.

This is my favorite CVS in Columbus. The store is always clean and the associates are all very kind.

The dark skinned girl in the pharmacy is so unbelievably rude that I am ASTONISHED they let her work there. She is NOTHING but absolutely disrespectful to everyone whenever they go in. I try so hard to be nice but she talks down to people like they are worthless wastes of her time. I am definitely not coming anymore with her still working there. Management needs to do something about how awful their person working the register and pharmacy window is.

Whoever is in charge of running this place must be intentionally creating a customer experience nightmare as some sort of social experiment. My doctor prescribes me meds at 0900 and I come by after work 9 hours later are they ready? No? How long do you wait at the counter before anyone even acknowledged you? 10 minutes at least. Then you will sit around for 30-40 minutes before your script is ready. Meanwhile 10 feet away they are running a minute clinic but it’s more like a breeding ground for the next COVID strain. People who are clearly sick wandering around the store in masks touching everything. I’m here to get a COVID shot right now and have been waiting in the minute clinic area with all the sick patients waiting to be seen. The waiting area is essentially a hallway with chairs facing each other two feet apart. No one has acknowledged me after 30 minutes. You check in online or on a kiosk with no human confirmation that you will be seen or what the wait time is. I have been waiting for my shot for 30 minutes now. I’d leave but I’m sure I’ve already contracted COVID so no point now. Every time I come here I wonder why I am doing this to myself the only explanation is that I am either subconsciously punishing myself or this is my way of repaying my sins from a past life. I have no idea but I’m sure I’ll never come back to this dystopian dump again. And the receipts are way too long I mean come on that’s just unnecessary.

Brittany Mason CNP was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job answering my questions and addressed my concerns in a very comprehensive and knowledgeable matter. Would highly recommend this location!

I came to minute clinic and I was turned away because my insurance was out of network. Called my insurance and they agreed to cover it, but they turned me away anyway. Terrible people here. Stay away.
