The Pharmacy here is sub-par. They couldn't use my insurance, or my medical payment card so I had to come out of pocket. Then I get home and realize that they've only given me 3 out of the 5 tablets I'm supposed to have in one of my prescriptions. Highly recommend a different pharmacy.

A nightmare! They were unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Worst customer experience in years. I will write in detail later.

This is the worst pharmacy and the pharmacist is absolutely a racist disgusting person. My daughter was in the pharmacy, opened up the bag to make sure my insulin was there and told them that it was the wrong prescription for a machine that I do not use and they refused to refund monies, even though it never left the store nor the bag Says it left their counter, and that was good enough . NO drive-through for people who are disabled. Sorry excuse of a pharmacist but these guys only think about ripping you off
I will never use this pharmacy again buyers beware of this pharmacy

Went to the Minute Clinic at this location back in January and CVS still can't submit my Student Health Insurance claim correctly and keeps sending me a bill that doesn't include my actual insurance coverage. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone between OSU Student Health Insurance (Healthsmart Benefits) and CVS customer support and they still cannot figure this thing out. If you have OSU Student Health Insurance and you need to go somewhere because Wilce is closed, DO NOT GO HERE. You'll spend triple the time and money and only get subpar treatment and be fighting CVS's inability to file claims correctly.

My prescription has been out of stock for literal weeks and then I call in to see if it's available around the time they said it should be. They say it finally is and that I can come get it... but when I get there they tell me it's out of stock and to "come back tomorrow". Next day comes and I go but they tell me it's in stock but they don't have time to fill it and to come back the next day??? You should prioritize the medications that haven't been filled for weeks. I'm not even sure if it'll actually be there ever because they keep playing around with me

The woman I spoke to on the phone in the pharmacy was very unpleasant (Olivia I believe), I was a pharm tech at another CVS, so I understand the job can be stressful at times, but her attitude was unnecessary for a simple prescription transfer.

The actual pharmacy does a good job, but the rest of the store is not pleasant. Everything is so expensive, and the elderly employees never fail to be rude and judgmental. I'm not trying to lump all boomers together, but these are the only employees I ever have problems with here. I don't feel comfortable coming here without a jacket on, no matter how modest a shirt I'm wearing. It is one of those places where you will feel suspected of theft no matter what you're doing. Some of the employees are definitely unsatisfied that they work on a college campus, and it really makes me question why they do. I always opt to use the self-checkout to avoid the mean employees. Once, I bought a non-alcoholic margarita mix, and an alarm went off because it needed an ID. Very obnoxious and faulty of the machine, since the bottle is clearly labeled as non-alcoholic, but whatever, I've got my ID. As an employee approached and I fished out my ID, I tried to make polite small talk, something like, "Haha, weird that that went off when this isn't alcoholic." I was clearly getting my ID, but the employee scoffed and acted as if I was trying to get away with something illegal. "Yeah, I'm sure margarita mix is non-alcoholic." I kind of feel bad that she doesn't know how to read bold print on a bottle or know how margaritas work, but that's no reason to take it out on your customers. Avoid this location unless you really need to come here or are just using the pharmacy.

I made an appointment for 9:20am for the clinic. checked in, got confirmation via text that I was confirmed and to wait till called. I waited 30 minutes. Another person came in and got called back immediately. Lo and behold my appointment got canceled and there was no form of communication about that. I left at 9:50am since it was obvious I was not getting seen. Go to little clinic instead

A great CVS near campus. Even though I don’t buy any groceries here, it is super convenient to get medicines from its pharmacy and multiple picture service, especially for passport photos.

Been coming here for years and was compelled to leave a review after today’s latest interaction. The Pharmacists are top notch and technicians are amazing. They all want to ensure customers get in and out quickly but handle in a very friendly manner. Just because the store gets terrible reviews, ignore them and know the pharmacy is a totally different experience.

I visit this CVS all the time as I often get a few groceries and my prescriptions here. The CVS staff and pharmacists are always so friendly and helpful, and the store is often fully stocked and neatly organized! I also find the store to be accessible to anyone with physical or invisible disabilities. The entrance on both sides have accessible sidewalks and ramps that lead to motion-sensor doors. These doors remain open for a good amount of time, allowing anyone who needs extra time to get in the chance to. Additionally, I noticed disability-accessible countertops at both the pharmacy and check-out counters (although the one pictured is closed, there is another available). The aisles are clear, wide, well lit, and not loud. The only accessibility related issue I could think of is that some of the aisles are above head height, which could be difficult for someone who is in a wheelchair or doesn't have the range of motion to reach that high. Overall, great CVS location!!
