Pulling my prescriptions from this CVS pharmacy which we live across the street from. I would rather rideshare to a competitor pharmacy that is 25 minutes away and is closed on Sunday than give this pharmacy another dime after they way they treated my husband today.

This is the most unprofessional store I have ever been in they will sell you fake 3rd party gift cards that you cant use, then when you take it back in less than 1hr time span they tell you that you cant have a refund or replacement, then they tell you to call that 800shop CVS where they will tell you to give them the information off you receipt then inform you that they are canceling the fake gift card you just purchased and tell you that you just have to take the loss yes he told me that I had to take the loss then he hung up on me If you don't see them swipe the magnet on the card know that you are getting some fake crap and DO NOT GET IT and the reason they have 1 star is because I had to give them at least 1

The manager Dee was extremely rude - no eye contact and told me the pharmacy isn't open for another 3 min. The gates were up and I just stepped up to ask a question. She continued her rudeness and when I asked the employee up front to speak w a manager I found out it was her.

The worst CVS in town. They don’t care about the customers. Their customer service is horrible
I will never go to the Main Street In Bexley again. Also the people who work in the pharmacy act like they don’t want to be there. How can you do a great job and satisfy customers if you don’t like your job.

I bought a $25 charger that didn’t work and the cashier who clearly hates her job and the very unkept associate who also hates his job said they couldnt take it even with the receipt because i didnt have the barcode for it. Im sorry i thought a very expensive charger would work and discarded the packaging & assumed the actual receipt would be enough. I hate them.

There should be a higher standard for pharmacies to be customer focused, because they are dealing with the health and lives of their clients. This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had in 34 short years. I came in for a Minute Clinic visit on Sunday, which was a good experience. I asked that my meds be filled in the store because I was already there. Since they were common cold meds I assumed I would have no issue. Jokes on me!
Sunday they filled one of my scripts, but the other was not available until Monday. I come back on Monday and they say that it is still not available and won’t be until Wednesday afternoon. Since I had been sick for 5 days at that point I was feeling a lot of symptoms from my cold, and I really needed the medications. How is it possible that a pharmacy in Ohio during winter does not have a supply of Capron or Tessalon Perles? It proves to me the incompetence of the staff who are responsible for ordering their stock.
Somehow they think closing fully for a half hour in the middle of the day is a smart move instead of having their staff rotate their lunch breaks. The fact that this was approved by CVS Leadership is astounding. I can think of no other business that closes for their staff to have a lunch break in the middle of the day.
Luckily this is not my main pharmacy and while I liked my Minute Clinic experience I will never use this pharmacy again. Insanity. I highly recommend Equitas in the King Lincoln neighborhood if you’re looking for a better experience.
FYI: These pharmacy techs and pharmacist are making BANK, so I refuse to have sympathy for them. Do better in service of the customers you claim to care about.

EDIT: Since I posted this review the CVS pharmacy in Bexley has been harassing me and playing with my prescriptions. I changed my pharmacy to a different pharmacy in town. A few hours after I posted this review my doctor called me to tell me that CVS "suddenly" got my medicine in stock and had filled it for me. I asked if the doctor could send my meds to the new pharmacy because I didn't trust this location anymore. She told me for next month she could send it to the new pharmacy, but for now I had to pick up this last prescription from CVS. When I went to pick up the meds two days later (I had medical treatment and could get there until today) the techs told me the medication was "first come, first served" and they no longer had the medication in stock. They told us they "never filled it." This location is playing with me because I wrote them a negative review and their employees NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. This is truly insane.
I’ve had compassion and empathy for these techs & pharmacists for too many years. They are stressed, rude, and horrible to their patients. A few months ago I was standing in line and they closed right then and told me they couldn’t take me because they were going on lunch. I have several chronic conditions and I am disabled. It’s hard for me to leave the house. So to be turned away while standing in line was awful.
I’ve not had access to my medication as it has been on backorder. I called today and the tech was extremely short and rude with me. She passed me to an equally rude pharmacist. All I was asking for was information about when I could expect my medication. The pharmacist told me “it’s a well known fact that this medication has been difficult to receive for the last two years.”…. Well how would I know? I was just prescribed this medication 2 months ago. She treated me as though I was annoying her & couldn’t answer my questions.
I complained to the pharmacist about her & her techs’ rude & short behavior. I sympathized that CVS may not be paying their employees well, which causes them to be rude to patients. The pharmacist said “well what do you want me to do about that?!” I told her to maybe learn to listen with a little bit of compassion, since she’s working with sick & disabled people. She continued to be rude & awful so I’ve decided to finally leave CVS in Bexley after years of mistreatment by their awful pharmacy staff. I will be transferring all my medications to Costco.

7 days ago my allergist called in my maintenance inhaler to CSV in Bexley Ohio 43209. I called CVS this morning as it was still not ready. The pharmacy said they did not have the inhaler in stock and had ordered it. When I responded that I am completely out off the maintenance inhaler the pharmacy told me to go to Walgreens, Kroger or Walmarts pharmacy. I have already started getting vaccines at Walhreens as CVS usually is an hour behind on their shots. The Bexley CVS no longer cares for it's community or the health of its customers.

I actually do not take pleasure in giving anything less than a positive review. Yasmine, The front store cashier was texting on her phone while waiting on me. She was on her phone when I entered the store. She was on her phone while checking me out.. I was a little shocked that she didn't try to hide it and made no attempt to lay her phone down or to stop texting. Just isn't a very good look for CVS.

It is very unprofessional that now you have to leave a voicemail for them to fill your prescription. How lazy can they be to not have someone Answer the phone and take your information to fill your prescription like it always been . To leave a voicemail and then wait for customer someone to contact you back is very unprofessional. I will be seeking another pharmacy.

There’s always difficulty in getting my prescription here. I’ve had both great service and also the rudest folks answering the phone as though you’re an idiot for calling. Such a bummer this is the only one near Bexley.
