This is 100% the worst pharmacy I ever been to and I've been to a lot of pharmacies and this takes the number one spot. The customer service is more than garbage. The people inside don't know what they doing and the person who's running the place is acting all-knowing and doesn't even want to help. Prescription gets lost, given wrong prescription. In case if the insurance needs a call from the pharmacy, they will never call and the basic medication for children and a regular flu. It's not existent in this place. Don't ever go here.

Can you imagine someone telling you that they're actively having an allergic reaction and completely ignoring them? Like, not even looking at them or reacting whatsoever? CVS can! 😃

The people behind the counter get the 2 stars. This place is neglected by corporate. The exterior trash not being cleaned up in the 6 months, the drive through window being busted half the time, and the trash phone system took the other 3 stars.

Kroger use to be my pharmacy. However, I got tired of waiting at least half an hour no matter inside or going through the drive-thru every single time I went. So I switched to CVS and so far couldn't be happier. I never have to wait long to pick up my RX's. Update: Lately I have been disappointed because they have a drive through...but it is never open. That is an inconvenience to me. If this continues I will switch to a different pharmacy.

A lot of the times will lose my scripts.. say they are filled go to pick up and they can't find them. Have also picked up my meds for 90 days and says directly on the bottle and in the app there should be 90 pills but will only have a months worth and have to gwy it corrected many times.

I hate going to this CVS!!!..Years ago they were alright..Now they never have your meds ready on time..If they have them at all..I've been told.That they don't have enough pills..To cover my meds.So had to keep calling back.To see if they had enough.It took at least 3days to fill my prescription.Which throws me off track.With my meds.Some not all..But some of them are rude and smug.Even now..I am awaiting meds that were supposed to be ready today..But the store is closed.Why is that you ask.When you find out.Can you please tell me? Because I sure as hell don't know.So now I'm sitting yet again in limbo.I should have kept my prescription at Krogers All the way out on Hamilton Rd.SMDH!!

I probably had not been to this CVS drugstore on Cleveland Avenue and probably two or three years ! the store looks great, and very clean and organized! The staff was very helpful and on my second order the manager was at the cash register and he was very helpful and polite and patient ! this used to be my home CVS for prescriptions until I took my prescriptions out to Main and Hamilton!Thanks C V S

Tried to buy photos at this location and they advertise same-day pickup, but the employees refuse to print the pictures and yelled at my wife when she came in the same day to get the pictures.
