Worst CVS I have ever been to. Believe me you wouldn’t wanna be here. Workers on the pharmacy were very rude. I get it they were busy doing the inventory but there’s a way of saying things. We had an appointment of 11:00 am but due to traffic we were 30 min late. She refused to give the vaccine. We asked if they would do walk ins but she refused that as well while the site clearly says they do walk ins. We took another appointment but made us wait 30 more minutes past the 2nd appointment time. Overall!! not really happy and satisfied with the service here.

Can’t speak to the pharmacist. Just keeps asking for phone number to leave a voice mail on. Worst pharmacy on the planet!!!!!

Would not give my husband and I our flu shots because we scheduled an appt at a different CVS. Would not help us contact the other CVS and said I had to cancel it and the other location will not pick up phone. Caused us to drive with a baby in Friday traffic in high winds and rain.

It's a long story, but I left my motorcycle helmet in the store and went to run some other errands. When I went back into CVS, I couldn't find the helmet, even with some help from the cashier on duty. I left my name and phone number and asked for someone to please call if it showed up somewhere.
They called me--twice!--the next morning. I appreciated it a great deal and was grateful for their willingness to help.

The manager here, a red-haired woman whose name I don't care to know, is about the rudest management staff/worker I've ever met. She goes out of her way to correct customers on everything. When asked what time the pharmacy opened, "It opens at ten, just like it always does. I keep telling people the pharmacy always opens an hour after the store." Uhh okay, the correction was a little unnecessary. A few weeks later, the self-checkout was broken at the store and I needed to buy a product with a security tag. She insisted the self-checkout was working and got visibly annoyed that there was an issue with the terminal- not that the terminal was in fact broken, but that I needed her help (she was just sitting behind the counter away from the register looking at her phone at the time, wasn't even stocking inventory). Every time I see this woman is working here now, I either turn around and go pick up what I need at the giant eagle outside or I stay at least three aisles away from her. Her treatment of customers, even other random people I've seem that have to interact with her, is about as welcoming as a pile of bird crap falling on your head during a clear, picturesque day. She must be on the CVS board of directors of something, as her presence at this store is persistent and her attitude is consistently passive-aggressively rude. The pharmacy people are great, but with this person at the front-of-house at all times I'm gonna have to stick with the drive-thru. This lady is well past her teenage years, so I'm not sure where she got the impression that people enjoy her witticisms, but in general, most people don't enjoy being corrected or talked down to with every interaction. I for one will be avoiding the interior of the store, though I'm sure that's got to be the true purpose of her rudeness to begin with. Guess I'm giving her what she wants- an empty store where she can just relax all day and not have to deal with any customers at all. I thought an employee like this couldn't last long anywhere, but company doesn't seem to be interested in dealing with the issue, so here we are. If you're having a nice day, stay out of the building when you see this woman working in the front of the store, lest you face the wrath of whatever it is that's bothering her in every customer. I don't review a place after one bad interaction, and I've tried to give this person the benefit of the doubt and provided repeat business, but shame on me for doing that, as I have never had a single positive interaction with this person, and have instead been subject to multiple customer experiences where the person in the staff uniform belittles and treats the businesses' customers like an inconvenience.

Fantastic Pharmacy and Store !!First of all, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Received all of my Covid shots and Boosters at this location. Also any other vaccinations that deemed necessary because of my health & age. Any concerns that I had, as to online scheduling was clearly explained to me in a patient and understanding manner .
