I called to ask a simple question. The automatic phone prompt system was the most annoying and unhelpful I’ve ever experienced. When I finally got through to a person in the pharmacy, they couldn’t answer my question, transferred me to the front of the store, and then I was stuck listening to the phone ring for over 5mire minutes before I finally gave up.

The pharmacist there (woman, shoulder length brown hair) REALLY needs some training on how to talk to her clients in a more discrete manner. She discusses personal medical histories loudly for everyone to overhear. It’s completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Here’s an example: a few years back I miscarried, but the fetus didn’t come out naturally, so I had to take medication to help it along. When I went to pick up the medication she LOUDLY told me, in front of three other customers that if I used this medication that my baby would die. I said, I understood, not wanting to explain to her, then she said it again even louder YOU WILL ABORT YOUR BABY. All I said back was “It’s already dead”. It was humiliating. Shortly after, I emailed corporate about it, but they never replied. Today, again she discussed my medical information loudly enough for everyone to hear. Even though that pharmacy is the closest to my house, I’m willing to drive further just to not have her be my pharmacist.

I often stop here to buy fake nails. Each pack costs like $8-12, and today they had them locked up behind security tags that said “ask sales associate.” I don’t want to have to bother an employee every time I want to buy something as cheap and stupid as fake nails, so I am going to shop at target instead.

Morgan Long Pharmacist is incredibly rude. And all CVS pharmacies are understaffed and treat customers like we're an inconvenience. 933 Bethel Rd Columbus Ohio stay away.

The pharmacy closes at 7 and they ignore you all day. They do NOT care about your health here. The employees are as lazy as they come. I recommend another pharmacy!!!

They gave my son an epi pen that will expire in THREE MONTHS. Who in their right mind would pay over $300 for an epi pen that is supposed to last an entire year... For one that only lasts three months? Apparently that's the only epi pen in the building. Okay. Just because my work insurance covers it, doesn't mean it isn't robbery. We don't have Medicaid, we still pay thousands of dollars for our coverage.I have always preferred this location. But this really upset me. It's not for me... My baby is 13 and it's his LIFE they're messing with. Smdh. Shame.

Consistently get bad customer service in the pharmacy line. At best they seem annoyed and inconvenienced, at worst they are actually hostile and dismissive. Was told today that it is “my personal responsibility” to deal with the fact that they didn’t have my prescription on time due to missing information after that they made no attempt to get the information from either myself or my doctor. Flat out refused to help me problem solve at the window, completely dismissing me and telling me they were too busy to help me and I needed to leave. If they are really so busy that they cannot solve customer service issues then they need to hire more people or fire those that do not have the capacity to deal with things as they come up.In their defense, and the only reason this has two stars and not one is when I asked to speak to the actual pharmacist she was not dismissive and actually very helpful and I ended up being able to leave with my prescription.If any management wants to verify or review my experience this occurred on Friday Jan 20 a little before 10am and they are welcome to contact me for further comments.

Manager is terrible does not want to interact with customers. once you do get his attention for help he treats you poorly and acts like he doesn't have time for your issue. highly recommend not going to this location.

Jump through hoops to sign up for vaccine shots show up for the appointment they have no record they can't do anything or won't do anything really patronize at your own risk

I taked passport photos for my kids the guy charge me $18,99 for 2 photo then i asked for extra 2 photos he charge me $18.99 in the website 16,99 for 2 plus 2.99 for 2 additional photo . Charged me $73 for 8 photos ,never use cvs anymore

6/6/2022-received a text from the store saying my prescription was not fully covered by my insurance and this is the first time I was ever notified. To make a long story short, the woman was so rude to me and actually hung up on me . Obviously I could tell she had no clue what she was talking about. I needed a pre authorization to get a refill on my medication. My insurance drug company called CVS back and the lady answered again and was rude to both of us and actually hung up again. If the lady was having a bad day, she should go home. No place in the public for rudeness. I have worked in customer service all my life and never was rude to a patient or customer.There’s no excuse for nasty, rude people who have no clue how to talk to people. Cvs just lost a customer!!

I called their phone number to verify their store hours before I left. Auto message on the phone said they are closing at 10 PM every day and there is a HUGE STORE HOURS in front of the store where it says they close at 10 PM but they were completely closed at 9:10 PM. Guys! This is pharmacy, you can't just put random store hours on your website and customer phone service. I wasn't able to get my medications and CVS store manager is the main responsible person on this issue.
