Moved to CVS because my insurance wanted me to stating that it would be cheaper. Well the problem is the CVS system keeps inactiving my and my children's scripts. The pharmacist could not tell me why just that I had to call my doctor they would not.

I enjoy shopping @ my CVS.(Bethel@Sawmill) All the staff ( both Pharmacy and store ) are very helpful and friendly. The manager "Beth " sets a good example for her workers. Very courteous and helpful I realize that CVS is not a " low price leader" but why you shop a store is not only price, it is when you feel comfortable and respected while shopping therefore

I will never go to this pharmacy again. The woman pharmacist is extremely rude. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I witnessed her talk so down at a elderly lady and talk awful about a patient when they walked away in front of the whole line saying I can't stand her. So unprofessional I was disgusted

Before heading to Cinemark to watch a movie, I saw this CVS on my way over there. I had time and decided to stop in. There is plenty of parking here. It was fairly deserted when I got there on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in. An older gentleman at the checkout area welcomed me. I loved his friendliness. I came here to browse. I already had purchased all my candy and snacks. I looked at the nail polish and press-on nails. The selection was great. Unfortunately, they weren't on sale. I liked looked at the snacks and beer. I also looked at shampoo. It's a clean store with plenty of selection. (415)

Employees are thoughtful and seem to really care about meeting their customers' needs. Been going there for 12 years.

I come to this pharmacy once a week it feels like for one medicine or another. I tore my hip and my SI joint (which holds your hip and spine together) but it took 7-9 months to diagnosis this and figure it out and so needless to say I've been taking pain meds and sometimes the pain is so bad (my doctor compared it to giving birth for 9 months) yep LABOR for nine months. Everyone there is friendly and kind, Adam, and Kayla are so the nicest people ever as well as the male pharmacist. He is always willing to help and answer my questions. However the female pharmacist has been nothing but rude to me- every time i get pain meds she questions me. She treats me like I'm a drug addict trying to get my fill. & it kills me I've watched so many loved ones get addicted to pain meds. If I'm not in 15/10 pain then i don't take it. I'm really cautious of it all and her attitude always make me cry leaving the pharmacy. I'm just bummed every time i see her in the window my stomach hurts and i know I'm gonna have to fight for drugs i know i need. Anyways rant over the rest of the staff have been AMAZING. Hands down my favorite pharmacy but she just needs to work on customer care.

So I drove here after mine and my 1 and 3-yr olds' doctor appt today (we are all VERY sick). After two hrs and a 30 min drive visiting the Dr, I was definitely feeling a little impatient. But sick or not, waiting over TEN MINUTES just for someone to initially help me at the pharmacy counter is unacceptable. And not only had I waited at the counter, I also had first gone through the drive through, which was 3+ cars deep, so I figured going in would be a faster experience. WRONG. With absolutely NO other customers at the counter and 5 employees in the pharmacy, it STILL took much longer than it should have for my prescription to be given to me. There was no copay, all it had to be done to it was checked and mixed, and after over ten yrs of being a pharmacy tech myself and having worked in a retail setting, I know better than anyone else that this service was garbage. As a tech myself, getting people in and out expediently and with accuracy is top priority. No one really made eye contact with me let alone acted like they were trying to work quickly to help me. After this lax service, trust me: Neither this location nor any CVS will ever receive my business ever again. Garbage.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I dropped off my prescription the pharmacist Chelsea called and said I could pick it up on Saturday the 23. (I take my last dose Christmas night the 25th) I go to pick it up and I get another voicemail saying I'm sorry u can't pick it up until the 26th because we are closed on the 25 for Christmas. I explained to her that I take my medicine at 6 am in the morning. They don't open that early and if I could please pick it up on Christmas Eve night before they close. She refused and will not give it to me. Nobody picks there prescription up the day they need it. She said that is her policy. She is totally judging me personally cause no place would ever do that. I called 3 different cvs pharmacy's and they were all amazing and so helpful. All of them said they give there patients it 2 days early. Never would they have there patient pick the perscription up the day of. I can't believe they would do this to someone especially on Christmas. Im appalled

Great service when you need to find something quickly, however be aware of cashier Mo. He tried to shortchange me & my dad on 2 separate occasions. When we caught him out he claimed he was "overwhelmed" but the store was practically empty. Management should let him go.
