I went to the CVS Robert Road location to pick up my Diabetics Medication... I was at the window for few seconds and I had to wait for a while since all the workers or pharmacists were rather busy at that time. After picking up the medication, I shopped for a while and asked a worker for guidance and help... She seemed to be quite new and did not know how she could help... Plus I think English language could be another issue as well... I then waited at the counter for a while because no one was at the counter! It took quite a while for the new worker to show up and help to ring in my items... Well, she had to call the Manager to help her since she was not quite familiar with the computer system... The entire process did take a while.
I am pleased with the overall experience though.
CVS is pretty good in texting me and providing the medications that I need.
I am very thankful that CVS cares!!!

Singh in the pharmacy has the worst customer service. He berated me because I didn’t know that they close for lunch at 1:30 (even though I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes) and when I returned he told me I should have come earlier. He doesn’t know how to use Good RX and when I asked his name , after he made several other rude comments, he said “go ahead. Report me. I don’t care.”
Funny that he didn’t speak to me that way when I stopped by the first time because my adult son was in the car. He only treated me that way when I was by myself. He made my experience poor enough that I’m likely changing pharmacies.

The location at the corner of Roberts and Walcutt Rds is the only one I shop. The people who work the front of the store are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy folks are knowledgeable and efficient while being consistently busy. The store is always clean, which really matters to me.

Terrible, you can NEVER call into the pharmacy and be able to speak with anyone. Before I was forced to switch by my insurance, I could always call Kroger and get to speak to someone

Don't even give an option for providers to call and speak to a pharmacist. Automated system goes to voicemail no matter what you say.

Kate saved the day!!! I had forgotten to pack my husbands bp med. I explained we are from NC and he is to be gone a month and a half. She went BEYOND what she had to to get this filled right away for us. I greatly appreciate her!!!!

Went after an ER visit an hour before the pharmacy closed and really needed the prescription right away and they filled it right there and then. Loved it!

Don't take your COVID PCR tests at this location. The tech took half an hour to take insurance info and likely gave incorrect test instructions because all three tests came back without results: 'insufficient material'. Update: got a call same day from a CVS rep. It seems that incorrect test tubes were used for our samples. I did appreciate the clarification, and made a change to my rating to reflect that.

Most of the time we call to ensure the prescription is filled to pick up but they were not filled, had to go there only to find in drive though that it was not filled, then go inside and wait another 30-40 minutes. This happened many times. Not only that, some time we were told that all the prescriptions are in bag (usually there are 2-3) but they are not there all in the bag, even after confirming that all the prescription were filled and checked out. and later when we call to check they would say yes we forgot and they were out of stock now.

Very nice and friendly service. The pharmacist is fully dressed for Christmas and she is warm and nice enough to take a picture with me, so I could show everyone an elf give me my medicine. Thank you so much for this wonderful Christmas experience.?
