Y'all, please have patience with your pharmacist and techs. If you're mad, be mad at corporate, if not for anything else then for forcing their insured customers to fill at CVS for scripts over 30 days (should be illegal) and thereby overloading suburban locations. Pharm staff are overworked and underpaid. It may look like there are "no customers" and so they shouldn't be busy, but they're filling hundreds of scripts that need ready that day. And when they say you need a new script, that's your doctor's problem, not theirs. There's literally nothing they can legally do. I worked as a pharm tech at Walgreens and the stories I heard about working for CVS were shocking. To the staff, hang in there guys. There are people who appreciate what you do.

If I could give zero stars I would. have officially had it with CVS on West Broad street in Columbus, Ohio. They need a complete overall and after tonight I’m switching pharmacies. I have the Carepass and occasionally use it for free delivery. So yesterday I ordered my diabetic sensors, paid for them ($74.99!) and app told me delivery would be this morning 9-12 pm.My husband was home ALL DAY watching for the delivery person who never showed. They are supposed to send text updates so you know when Rx is on the way etc. never received one but on the app it showed ordered, shipped, picked up etcSo I made a trip to CVS after taking off work early to see what was going on. Found out that my Rx had been returned to the store because delivery person said no one was home! Not true! The girl who helped me was beyond rude. She told me she would have to do a return and “resell” the Rx to me. But I’ve already paid I told her. Doesn’t matter have to do a refund and you have to repay etc. I didn’t have another $75 to “repay” at the moment and would have to wait until it was back in my checking. I asked her do I need to wait or what? That’s up to you ma’am she said rudely. I was so upset I left the store. Then I get home and app is showing Rx is ready and that I’ve already paid! Totally unacceptable customer service. No wonder they lose business and have to close stores.

So glad that I don't have to deal with this location anymore. They only have had like one or two pharmacist in the past few years who were actually kind.If you're having to wait 30+ minutes for your medication which is normal at every CVS the least they can do is be friendly. That's clearly is too much to ask for. I speak clear English and it's amazing still the amount of times I have to say my name over and over again for some of them to just understand. At that point literally just have them ask for IDSseriously it might save some time for them because it's ridiculous.

I think this location is run way more smooth than the location at Norton Road, which I would completely run away from!

I find the store itself well stocked, clean, and the staff very helpful. Grade A+The pharmacy, not so much, but being in that biz myself, I do understand how understaffed they can be.

This location advertises “walk in flu shots”. I ask the pharmacist for a flu shot and they tell me an appointment is needed on the week days. The pharmacy was well staffed and had no other customers.

My inhaler is broken and I have asthma. They would not help me. Said I need a new script then my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. This place is a joke and the pharmacist is rude.

Been waiting half hour for my vaccine shots. This is a scheduled appointment and checked in 10 minutes early. Sadly this location continues to be the worst CVS locally. Taking bets on how long till they actually administer my vaccines.Gave up after an hour of waiting and when the same person came up to me again asking my last name. This means I checked in online and was “checked in” at the desk twice. While waiting the Pharmacist said to someone I would have to wait. When I arrived at the location only one person was there and they were handled within 15 minutes of my arrival. Literally no one was in the store waiting for the next 45 minutes but me. I appreciate there is also drive ups and calls, but I literally had a schedule appointment and was actively ignored.

I have been a regular customer here and most long time staff know me. I come in once a week and purchase a few things based on their sales. I was asked by a younger worker “what’s in my pocket” when it was just my phone with a big case on it. I was then asked to check out with a cashier. I like self checkout and wanted to use self checkout the women seemed to watch my first few scans at self checkout. I get the impression she indirectly was thinking I was stealing. It makes me not want to come back. I came back later to talk with her and resolve the issue but put a gross taste in my mouth. How do you think my phone is an item you sell? I don’t even know what they sell that would be in a big black case like my phone is. I’ve never stole anything ever in my life and felt gross to be accused and ruined my evening.

ER sent my prescriptions to CVS. Went to pick them up and they said one wasn't in stock but if I hurried I could go to the other store and get it. Other CVS didn't have it and said I'd need to call ER for a replacement, and that all my other meds were ready at the first CVS, who didn't tell us. Back I went. Next day the automated system told me the other meds would be done by end of day. Went in and they said they only had half the amount I needed. Again the system said it was read, but it wasn't. Never had so much trouble getting common meds in my life. And both stores looked like they'd never been cleaned. Will never use CVS again.
