I found the self checkout difficult to complete. Had a digital coupon and paid cash. I needed step by step tutorial from an employee who was also dissatisfied with the self checkout system.

Wow the people at this place must be awful. Haven't even been there yet but just the reviews alone are enough to tell me do not go. Especially when the higher ups are contacted and then do nothing. Obviously there's issues going on there or there wouldn't be sick overwhelming negative things but I looks like they just don't care. Wonder if they've given up on this location and are waiting for it to shut down.

I just wanna alert to you all so whenever you pick up please make sure to check it right way because they didn’t Pay attention on what they are doing.. they had me wrong prescription sec time in same day and when I go back to them they was very rude and ridiculous specially Mr aj who call supervisor by him self very unprofessional and bad attitude so I call customer service as well but nothing has been changed.. I will never ever going back to them in my entire life..

If I could give a zero start then I will.. so I went today at pharmacy to pick up and there was a Guy name AJ with very bad attitude. So he was asking me for the last name and I saided h as an hotel but he was like no you supposed to say H as and Henry and keep doing argument with me with small things very unprofessional also I asked him to get supervisor and he was like I'm the supervisor.. very rude poor guy ,, 😡

Beware this store is selling hacked gift cards. And they will not help you. I bought a gift card number was a scratches off. They said they can’t do a thing. Do not get any type of gift card at any cvs.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you think it's OK to have a pharmacy where it is impossible to talk to an actual person. Worst service on the planet. People in war zones have an easier time getting prescription information.

Horrible attention!! They answer the phone very rudely and never have the prescription on time. very bad experience as a consumer. I will change from this pharmacy!!
