This CVS pharmacy is noted for its fast, non-stop work and good customer service, with many preferring it over others. The manager is described as awesome and kind. One pharmacist is highlighted as phenomenal, handling high volumes of customers and vaccines professionally and kindly alone. Employees are very nice, polite, and helpful. However, there is sometimes a wait, a Moneygram sign is outdated, and one customer was unhappy when the pharmacy closed early, delaying medication pickup. Overall, it is considered quite a nice location.
The store pharmacy works as fast as they can non stop. Of course there's a wait depending on how many orders ahead of one. That doesn't make it the most horrible pharmacy in town. Customer service is a big plus. I rather go here then anywhere else.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to hands down. The employees are so rude and even when they make a mistake are still rude. They all act like they’d rather be anywhere else than there. Wouldn’t give me information about why they couldn’t authorize my RX. Definitely gonna start going elsewhere.

I scheduled my Novavax appointment here online, but when I arrived at the pharmacy counter they said they were recalled at every CVS and cancelled my appointment. I went to a CVS in North Columbus today and they gave me the Novavax quickly and with no issues.
