The store pharmacy works as fast as they can non stop.
Of course there's a wait depending on how many orders ahead of one. That doesn't make it the most horrible pharmacy in town. Customer service is a big plus.
I rather go here then anywhere else.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to hands down. The employees are so rude and even when they make a mistake are still rude. They all act like they’d rather be anywhere else than there. Wouldn’t give me information about why they couldn’t authorize my RX. Definitely gonna start going elsewhere.

I scheduled my Novavax appointment here online, but when I arrived at the pharmacy counter they said they were recalled at every CVS and cancelled my appointment. I went to a CVS in North Columbus today and they gave me the Novavax quickly and with no issues.

Unorganized. Rude. They let me go days without a medication because they never sent required paperwork to my Dr then lied about pricing. Asked them to transfer my meds they lied about sending them. Will never use them again.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. To make a very very long story short, I have been trying to fill my medication here for weeks. It finally gets filled and I’m being told I have to pay $465 for a 1 month supply (it’s only supposed to be $25), and asked for guidance as to why that is. Was told that it’s my insurances fault, and they aren’t covering enough of it. I call my insurance and they tell me it should only ring in at $25 and not almost $500 they’re trying to charge. I eventually got fed up and decided to try Kroger pharmacy, and what do you know! I got it filled for $25. Definitely something weird and scammy going on in this pharmacy. Not only that, but you can never get in contact with the damn place via phone, you have to show up in person and listen to employees behind the counter argue with one another about “attitude” while the pharmacist looks like she is on the verge of crying. Extremely unorganized, terrible place that needs all new employees or to be just shut down for good. Scamming people and not filling prescriptions or running insurance, or co-pay cards correctly.

This pharmacy is NEVER available to take a phone call. They now switched it to not even allow us to call them. They just make you leave a voicemail and they won’t return the voicemail for days. They force you to show up over and over to get your meds. I needed one medication for months because they destroyed my medication due to their fridge breaking then the other three times was because they didn’t have any clue how to put in my membership information to get the correct price. This has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with in my life.
UPDATE: I have now gone 2 more months without my medication. A case against this CVS location has been opened for investigation by the CVS corporation after I provided documents proving they haven’t ran my insurance or my co pay card in 5 months and has only been trying to bill direct. They also have charged me the direct costs without telling me on my two other medications for months. This has all been provided to CVS corporation by my insurance and my doctor.

Don’t don’t go here for your medication. They sit on there phones all day and get nothing done and then they’re rude about it. You’ll get sicker waiting on them to fill your meds.

If I could give zero stars. I work for a medical office and I'm typically the person to call in prescriptions for our patients and it's well documented when I do. Today, one of our patients is dealing with this store not having her rx ready (which she needs today) and was told we never contacted them in the first place. We have a plethora of evidence to show this isn't true. I am still on hold attempting to speak with this pharmacy and it's been close to 10 minutes of the phone being picked up and placed back on hold. The patient is there waiting currently, and had to go back up to ask someone to answer my call. Now, they've told her the reason the rx didn't come through was because they have a "new system". Very unprofessional answers/excuses.

Immediately switching pharmacies - customer service is terrible. My provider sent in an order on Sunday; it was out of stock so it had to be ordered. Operator states it can take anywhere from 1-2 business days. It is now Friday and upon calling the pharmacy, they blatantly refused to look up when the delivery is expected or to help otherwise.

My doctor sent in a prescription on April 30 they took two whole days to let me know they didn't have it in stock and now it's gonna be another 2 to 3 days before they get it in stock by this time it's the weekend and won't be ready until about Monday or Tuesday next week Meanwhile I've got another prescription sitting there and I'm not running there just for one prescription when I can pick up both at the same time . CVS is supposed to be a big-time chain pharmacy but it seems like every time that I go to fill my diabetic prescriptions they don't have it in stock they have to call another location or they have to order it which delays the prescription being filled. Next time I'm definitely going with mail in prescriptions.

If the store is not going to be open to the public by 8 am, I think you should not put 8 am as your opening hours, thereby misleading the public and wasting people's time.

The manager was awesome, but they need to remove the sign that states they have Moneygram services. The machine has been removed. Thankfully the manager was kind enough to call another location to inquire on their machine.
