Purchase of my 2026 chev hd2500 high country was a real mess - Sat at dealer for 3+ weeks while they tried to figure out transfer case issue but worst part was really poor communication during the down time - service guy was decent but return calls non existent with other support- GM got involved and it moved a little better but still poor - they even messed up on the delivery appt and neither of the finance guys were there - finance mngr stepped in / did decent jobs but I asked for help with understanding the gadgets and it was a rush job - they just wanted me out of there - then on way home I noticed a hole in the post driver side between front and rear door - called sales guy - was to get right back to me - as usual never called - stopped at Don Wood in Logan Ohio and they ordered the part on my dime- Ricart Chev is terrible at communication and follow up - be advised

I bought two cars here and was made promises on top of promises. Most recently I bought a corvette z06. When I bought it, I was told the second key needed to be picked up from another dealership, as well as the user manual.Et cetera, it has been a year and i've called them over seven times stopped by multiple times and they will not give me the key norm.The manual it's a limited edition car.I need the original keys and manuals. On top of that, they told me that they were a full service dealership right after buying the car, they said that they closed down part of their service center.And couldn't help with any body work. There have been multiple recalls on both my corvette and camaro, and they will not help get these services addressed. I bought my ford truck from dick master ford in whitehall.Anytime i've ever needed a service, they get me in.Almost right awayThey even sent a mobile service van to my house to complete a recall service for me. Ricard wants your money, but they will not be there for you.And they do not care about you.At least that's my opinion.I'll never shop here again.
