I had a great experience! I was a little unsure about moving out of my comfort zone, but Ella did an amazing job! She provided helpful tips and suggestions, and I’m so glad she did. She recommended the dress I ultimately fell in love with. Can’t recommend her enough!

David’s bridal almost ruined my wedding day Saturday March 29th o got married and I was 2 hrs late walking down the aisle was scared I wouldn’t get down the aisle I was sold a defective wedding gown the zipper did not work properly and the material around the zipper had holes in it not allowing the zipper to fully zip I went through pure hell trying to figure something out I’m so upset my bridal party calls David’s bridal and they tell my bridal party that it’s normal it happens a lot!!!! In what world? Wow told my brides maid to get pliers and have a strong man zip my expensive gown with pliers however they weren’t understanding that the teeth on the zipper weren’t right pliers was only going to tear the zipper off I’m sickened that on my wedding day I had to go through this and they were no help offered no true solution no bride should ever have to go through what I went through luckily I had a team of about 10 people working on my dress making it possible for me to walk down the aisle but the links we had to go through to hide the defect because my dress wouldn’t zip or un zip I’m disgusted by the lack of integrity David’s bridal has and the truly horrific experience I had on my wedding day due to me choosing to buy my wedding dress from David’s bridal

We showed up to find out that our original consultant did not make it in but another was on her way. We started browsing dresses while we waited (we was about 15 minutes early). Aric was very friendly and welcoming and instantly started taking our dresses to a fitting room for us. Hannah arrived at the start of our appointment and went above and beyond to help us find dresses while Aric was busy gathering all the unwanted dresses putting them away. We went to a different David’s Bridal a few weeks ago and it was a completely different atmosphere almost as if we were a nuisance but all the staff at the Easton location made our experience great and we felt welcomed from start to finish. Thank you Hannah and Aric!
