actually i have to give zero start, but i am unable to give zero. so i am giving 1.i have hyndai tuscon and my front bumber cover got hitted. i went to gratelakes hyndai collision center. they said part is availabel and we took 3 days for replace bumper cover and 3 days for getting part from warehouse. so i dropped car at collison center. all of sudden i got estimate date for replace the bumper and it is Jan 3rd. i have request them for reparing as soon as possible. they said earlier one estimate date and now the date got changed. finally i paid 260$ for pull my card back with out repair. they said we charged for disassembling and assembling. they are loot my money without doing anything. i asked, why did you remove part from car with out new part. but no use.
i am strongly not recommedded this collisin center for repair.

We recently had our ioniq 5 repaired with Great lakes collision. The drivers front fender, hood, wheel and bumper were all replaced and painted and it needed suspension/steering components. Firstly the communication was ongoing and often. When the car was ready the manager Max assured us that we would receive our car in as good condition as before the accident. I must say I was very happy with the paint match, fit and finish. The interior was cleaned up nicely and it is driving as before. The warranty on parts and labor was an added bonus and reassuring. Thank you Great lakes collision for restoring our practically new car(2023) to good as new again!

My husbands car has been here for over a month with barely any communication. It’s been 3 weeks since we’ve gotten any updates, you cannot get anyone on the phone no matter what time of day or how many times you call. We will never be using this place again, I cannot stress how horrific their customer service and communication is. I’m considering just showing up in person to see if there’s anyone who actually works here anymore because there sure isn’t anyone ever available to answer their phones.

This place has been TERRIBLE to me! My car has been with them since June 15th and it is August 29th. They fixed the part two weeks ago but still will not release the car to me because it still needs to be detailed. it has been in line for a detail for two weeks now. Last Friday i called for a status and was told it was ready. I uberedall the way there (40mins) only for my car to still be in HORRIBLE shape. They told me it would be complete the following Monday and it still is not ready. I have been without a car and ubering for this time. They had no loaners to give me. I have been fed false information and have literally been inconvenienced, myself and my family for two months now. Furthermore there is nothing they are willing to do for me. PLEASE do not take your car here. They are the worst. I just want my car returned.

Avoid this place at all costs! Our 2018 Hyundai was stolen and recovered but in wrecked and in overall, terrible shape inside and out. We had it here for 3 months and was notified that the car was finished. As soon as we arrived, we noticed several warning lights on the dash, they said it was detailed (it was not) and several other issues (back hatch wasn’t working properly, breaks were messed up, etc). Two more weeks go by and they said it was completed. Again, more issues. Another week goes by and we’re told it’s completed. Still more issues. The manager was rude and implied that my wife was bringing issues up that were previous to the car being stolen. They keep it for another week and a half and I receive a call that the car is finished but they’re waiting on a check that was issued to me and was cashed (a mixup from my insurance company sent the check to their former parent company) and I would need to bring the $4000 check before they could release the car and implied like I did something dishonest. My insurance company corrected the issue quickly and we finally after over 4 months and several trips back and forth to their shop, we received our vehicle. It’s still making a strange noise when merging right (they told us it’s from them putting one new tire on that is different from the other 3) which we will take to a different shop to get a second opinion. I will never do business with Great Lakes Collision Center ever again and will probably never buy a car from Dennis Hyundai because of this experience.Services: Tires

Horrible customer service. Bought a white Hyundai and paint has been peeling since I bought it. Came in to get an appointment and was told they were backed up for the next 12 months. Will not be doing anything involving cars at this location again.

My car was Kia-boyed and, after having used the service department in Dublin numerous times over the last decade, I figured I’d go through the dealership for this. Because, surely, they’d be able to get parts faster and would want to do a good job for a loyal customer and crime victim (due to Hyundai/Kia’s corporate negligence). Instead, I was pressured to agree to an already-too-lengthy timeline and there was no offer to have my ready-to-steal car towed in the meantime—meaning I had to keep it in a friend’s garage to keep it from being stolen again. But I figured they couldn’t be the only body shop dealing with a tight supply chain and it must be tough for everyone.I was told they would take my car in 12-19 days. On day 19, having received no communication, I began calling and leaving at least voicemail per day (sometimes with the service department, too, to try to get some outside help). Finally, about 8 days in, I was given a direct line (by the service department). I finally got somebody on that direct line three days later and, guess what—they hadn’t even started the process to get my car the necessary parts. Having already run out my 30 day insurance rental, I asked for the manager (first time in my life) and was sent to another voicemail box.At no point did I receive a call back from anyone. When I did speak to somebody on the two occasions, they weren’t helpful and, in the end, their negligence will have left me without a car to drive for several weeks/a thousand dollars in rental fees.I finally gave up and called Germain and immediately (and politely) was referred to CarStar and they’ve been fantastic—helpful, proactive, detailed, and cordial. And their timeline is half what I’d been told by Dennis.If only I’d checked out the more recent Google reviews before wasting a month. There’s clearly a problem and nobody seems to care that it’s fixed.Go anywhere else—it can’t possibly be worse than Dennis Collision Center.

My recent experience with Dennis Hyundai was poor.6 cars in 30 months have been bought by myself, my children, my employees from Dennis Hyundai.The communication was poor at bestStepping up to the plate for the customer was non existent. I didn't feel at any time that you were looking out for my interest. I constantly felt I had to demand services or communication that should be standard every day.The first time we really needed you beyond basic services - you dropped the ball.Fortunately - there are other options.You have lost our future business.

I went here this morning to see about some minor scratches on my car (that were made by me). I worked with Jon, and he was completely transparent with me. He offered multiple ways to go about handling the scratches, and even offered me a free buffering! I did business with this location a few years back and will continue to bring my car here for these such things.Service: Painting
