Today, July 5, 2025 before 2pm -2:40 pm.
Arrived at my appointment early when another patron hit my car. I addressed the patron before she exit the building. She acknowledged hitting my car. The female owner immediately opposed me and defended the other patron. The other patron told the female owner I was already in the parking lot before her when she hit my car. The female owner continued to defend the other patron. I advised her I am also a loyal customer, but no more after today. I cancelled my services and left. The female owner sided with the other patron regardless what we both told her. Yes, the patron was, and yes I am. And, yes the female owner is. If you know, you know. My mind and heart thought about all of those lying false witnesses that caused their demise or incarceration. Be mindful where you spend your money.

I usually don’t do ratings but I need to warn other people DO NOT GO HERE. I got a TOE INFECTION at this place! I went in to get a pedicure, I’m not a picky customer at all and understand there are other people getting services as well but my service was rushed and aggressively done. The man did not use a e-file at all but hand filed my toenails so you can just imagine the pain when he was ripping my skin off instead of filing my cuticle. My big toe would not stop hurting even days after. I checked and I had gotten and infection and now I can barely walk because of the pain.

Dao does a great job every time I get a pedicure. She’s very thorough. She’s also great at brow waxing.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years and the last time I went in for a mani-pedi the man charged me my regular fee that he has been charging me for years. Shortly after leaving I'm in a business meeting and I get a phone call from her stating I needed to come back and pay 10 more dollars, telling me her husband made a mistake they had raised their prices. I politely told her I was in a business meeting and she got rude with me over $10 she wanted it right then and right there. I just made an appointment for a pedicure with her husband and she immediately called me back stating that I owed them $10. This is not how you treat your customers especially when you're the one who made the mistake. At this point though I will make sure none of my friends go back there on my Facebook page I will tell them what this place is like and the horrible horrible service you get when you've been a dedicated customer. If this is not enough of a reason for you not to go there watch the next time they clean the tubs you put your feet in they do it with water only. Dirty and rude. They have lost a customer for good and not to mention the 25 other women I know. Shame on you for being greed

I was one of their first customers when they opened and had no customers. Now, they are too busy with two people in the salon. I was told to come back at 3pm. No Thanks.

they do such amazing job don’t overcharge at all. Take their time with you. That’s why I enjoy them setting appointments so they don’t rush through their clients. Thank you so much for the awesome work you did for me yesterday.!!!!

Perfection every time. Id recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. This couple really cares about doing their job well. I appreciate their prices too. Been coming here for 7 years. Love them. ❤️❤️❤️
