The place is clean the problem is the same shoe styles are there for months and months at a time nothing new comes in. And it seems like they've got very few employees on the floor to help the customers it would sure be nice to see different shoe styles every month or two

Sent me worn, dirty shoes, then refused to issue a refund when I refused to go out of my way to return the shoes to a store. I asked for a label and pick up, and they said No. Horrible, unacceptable customer service. How disrespectful to ship worn, dirty shoes to a customer!

I think people are getting this site confused with Designer Shoe Warehouse. This company DSW (designershoesonline) is a scam site. Many scam sites are linked to it, even the one here is different than mentioned above. Same physical address.
