Our car had some damage to the front fender. Another shop said it could not be fixed without replacing the entire fender. Details on High repaired the damage without replacing the fender and we are completely satisfied. A great job at a reasonable cost.

Spilled a small amount of milk in my car, ruined it for weeks with a spoiled smell. Had two different detail shops try to clean it out, couldn’t get it gone. Finally found Details On High, where Roger kept my car for 5 days straight ( which was fine with me ) all because he wanted to go over and over it to make certain that it was clean and NO more sour milk smell. This was not an easy job and they got it done right. 100% recommend this place to anyone, very professional, thanks again Roger!!!

I encountered a protein shake spill in my passenger seat .. the owner attempted to steam clean several times — over many days . He concluded the auto seats needed to be removed—- after seat removal & $200 the car came clean.
The owner was generous with loaning me a car while he cleaned my vehicle

Please do not take your vehicle here. My husband and I were planning on selling our vehicle and brought it here for an inside and out clean. This place noticed damage to the hood and continued to buff with the idea to "make it shine." This also includes the pillars on the doors which they then tried to take wax and a magic eraser to because of "oxidation." The photos show clear buffer swirls across the hood. Outside of the external damage, they did not do a good job on the inside as well as I still found debris and dust and dirt in the door jams. After the poor detail job and causing damage to the car, they have refused to give any money back. Find a different shop who knows how to detail and pay the extra money for a good service.

Roger was a really nice guy. I only wanted something specific in my car cleaned and he was able to do that at a really reasonable price and it looks good. It's nice to be able to talk to someone and work it out so I could just get what I needed and not a whole generic package. I would definitely go back.

I decided to use them instead of driving to Dayton because no where else is cheaper than $100 in Columbus. They cost about $100 to clean my small SUV. They did have me drop my car the day before. I didn't have my car until 5 the next and looked fantastic! The guys there are really nice too. I look forward to using them every six months

I made an appointment for an interior detailing and was quoted $99. Two days later I showed up for the appointment and dropped the car off. Imagine my surprise when I picked it up and the charge was $190+ and the man (Roger) said he had it written down that it was a complete detailing. I paid it but was definitely ripped off and would never do business here. BEWARE! It wasn’t even a good detailing.Service: Auto detailing

Details on High did an amazing job cleaning our 2005 Honda Civic. This car had never been cleaned. It was used for moving mulch and was known as our "dog car." It was refreshing doing business with a company that takes pride in its work, is professional, and doesn't add extra costs for whatever at the end. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

I had high hopes given the reviews, but I was very disappointed with how the car looked after the "detailing". The car looked good from a distance, but it was clear it was merely washed, not detailed:- The seats do not appear to have been vacuumed. There was crud visible near the seams.- The interior was wiped, but not really cleaned.- The windows were washed, but the edges were not wiped.- There were water spots on the exterior mirrors.- Lots of bugs remained on the front of the car, in the grill, on the headlights, and across the front bumper.- I was not informed when I made the appointment that credit cards are not accepted for payment.- I was quoted $179 for the interior & exterior detailing, yet I was charged $199 minus a $10 discount.Service: Auto detailing
