We had such a great experience with Kevin and Nick. They listened to what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction. Nick was especially patient with me as I worked my way literally through the entire wedding band section. They made shopping for our rings a fun and relaxing experience. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry of any kind!

Went in to this jeweler to look for ideas for an engagement ring, and we were greeted by their very friendly staff, who immediately offered us a beverage (mimosas included, too)! We were helped by Enrique, who was very knowledgable and patient while I tried on many rings. As soon as I showed him an inspiration picture, he was able to pick out a perfect ring that fit all of our criteria. Overall we had a great experience, and this store has a wide variety of jewelry to peruse, and even offers customization for these items! Highly recommend working with Enrique if you are visiting!

We worked with Enrique, who was such a kind soul and who was very helpful. My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands from him and it didn’t feel like we were being pressured compared to other jewelry stores we went to. They even fixed the sizing of engagement ring even though I didn’t get it from there. I 100% recommend them and I would recommend working with Enrique.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Diamonds Direct, specifically about my experience with Ryan. I shopped around quite a bit after meeting with Ryan for the first time. I didn’t think I could get it right on the first try, but alas, I did. I’m writing this review, one, to try and save everyone else sometime. Look no further and ask for Ryan. He is the best in Columbus. And, two, to thank Ryan for all his help and work.
