1. You'll have to call in yourself to get any updates2. Amanda should not be in a customer-facing role. She gives my ex-boyfriend a run for his money in gas lighting skillsBut in all seriousness, took my car there on a Tuesday, and was told I could likely pick it up end of day. Had to call later to find out no, my car needed a part. Called again Thursday, was told (not by Amanda) that my warranty would cover the part, it had been ordered, and that I could likely pick up the next day or Monday. Called again Monday and found out from Amanda that actually no, the part hadn't been ordered because my warranty company hadn't emailed Amanda back, BUT Amanda apparently didn't feel it was necessary to follow-up with them, or let ME know all of this - so she basically let my car just sit there for almost a whole week with NO movement. Expressed my frustration with that and she said very aggressively "I didn't drop the ball YOUR warranty company did" and continued to give all the reasons it somehow wasn't her fault, but also who the heck WAS going to follow-up since I didn't know about all this?! She then said "I mean YOU could call them!" So I did, took me 5 minutes, could have taken her 5 minutes too, they ended up needing her to call them anyways. Dropping the ball was one thing, the lack of taking responsibility and gas-lighting me into thinking it's everyone else's fault but her own is the real problem. Terrible customer service. It's a shame too, everyone else I spoke to there were quite pleasant, and they fixed the issues with my car. So that's why I'm calling her out specifically, would never go there again because of her.

I have been wanting the new Ford Maverick for some time and they are impossible to find and when one comes available, dealers are crushing customers on over-MSRP markups. The guys at Dick Masheter Ford are DIFFERENT! Not only were they a complete pleasure to deal with, but they know the market and we're able to sell me a new Maverick for MSRP!!Thanks guys - you have a customer for life!

I did try a few times to have them take care of my work vehicles. But I just can say I do not recommend this place.\\nLast week, I took my truck to change a headlight, and something was wrong with my fog light, it turns on and off by itself. they changed the headlight, but the fog light remains the same, and on the paper that details the service they did, it says that they did a road test. I don't think it's necessary to go out on the road to check if a light works or not. The bad thing about the situation is that I gave them my truck very clean, and they returned it all dirty. They don't care about the conditions that you give them the vehicle or just dont care about customers' satisfaction, poor service, and not to professionals.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change-was given a free oil change coupon after a recall. “Just bring it in-no appointment needed.” Great! Drove 45 minutes to be there at 8 am (opening), at 9:45 was told it would be 2 more hours! I think you need to start making appointments! People have lives! Drove 45 minutes home with no oil change! Thanks for the coupon! Ha!!

We called in for the parts department and when we asked for brake pads pricing for said vehicle they told me to wait and they just ended they the call, not helpful at all. We also went to buy a vehicle part at the location and when they attended us they treated us with no interest and took so long to get the part I needed.

Avoid this service department at all cost! They will continually make you think your car is almost done but they are months out. My car took 7 weeks after being told 2. And they did not properly reinstall the bumper so there is a large gap in the body line. Very unprofessional work.

I picked this location due to location but I will never return. First..place is dated and employees greeting you look like customers themselves..no uniforms or tags to identify. I show up with my Explorer for The Works oil service and wipers replacement. Got both done after couple of hours on a 730 am appt. On top of that Bill, I had to shell out an additional $500+ on a set of tires tho was being pressured to buy 4. Some how a mysterious screw ended up on the rear driver tire sidewall... Tire was flat there on lift but yet I was able to drive there about 8 miles with no issues or dash indication of low pressure. At that point I had no choice but to buy atleast 2 tires. On another note, it was stated I needed a new air filter and yet it wasn't offered to be changed or anything. It's like the tire sale was the main point of my appointment and all else was of no value to their profit. Changing both cabin and air filters at home at the moment...Maybe Ford needs to pay me for doing their job.

Drove 4 hours to buy a used MKZ which I was told was in great shape. After I was on the road, there was a text that sales manager said the online price assumes car will be financed (had told him on the phone it would be a cash deal) and assumes a trade in, have been looking in Michigan and this was not the case anywhere else I visited. I was surprised as this wasn't noted anywhere on website and was told this after I was on my way. Each component would add $750 to the price, so +$1,500 if I decided not to accept their lowball offer of my car or finance at their 8-10% rate. The carfax indicated it had a minor accident, which Gary said was probably a "grocery cart hit" and said it was repaired and nothing showing. Made a comment about body shop taking care of it. I was so disappointed in the exterior condition of this single owner low mileage MKZ. Looks like someone tried to break into drivers window with scrapes and gouges in the chrome molding and several paint chips below from a screwdriver or something, several dings and paint chips all over the car and then a rear bumper that wasn't properly attached; dented and a long scrape on it. The car hadn't even been washed despite the fact they knew I was driving in to see and buy this car. This is not a professional, upscale dealership... very disappointing!!! Agree with an earlier customer who wished they could give a 0 star rating.

These people make car buying easy and enjoyable! Seriously, I took in my old beat up Jetta, and they put me in a beautiful 2012 Camry that looks damn near brand new (especially for an 11 year old vehicle!). The entire process was so easy. Working with Ryan, Kris and Sam literally felt like I was talking to a couple of old friends that were excited to see me in a newer, nicer vehicle. I will never go to any other dealership again, they are forever stuck with me.

Poor customer service, would never consider them again! They even lied about looking at my car! They never moved it or looked at it. Then had my tow driver sitting for over 40 mins because they ain’t know where my car was! Why because they never looked at nor moved it to see Wht the issue was, so it was in same spot my other tow driver dropped it! Very disappointed

I had a vehicle over for service. It had been there for over a month. I had called several times to get an update for my customer. Working with Kadisha has not been easy. Vary hard to get in touch with. No updates were provided. Also, her statement to my customer was. I didn't know was a customer car. Then told my customer that I haven't been in contact with her. It's kind of hard to be in contact with someone that's never there. In the past I have dealt with Todd. My go to guys will be Todd and Greg if I ever go back. I lost an eighteen thousand dollar job not too very happy.

dealer let me go stating that I no longer have customer service skills. that was an absolute falsehood. then I start reading all the bad reviews that the dealership service department has and they all involve the worthless service manager Todd. first hand I know for a fact that he indeed is the worst at customer service in the entire service area. never followed up with any clients. other service advisors had to handle his non-communication with his clients. pathetic is all I can say. they keep and hire the worst service representatives and let go of the ones that made a difference. including 2 veteran service advisors and another service manager that was way beyond his league compared to Todd.

Bought my Expedition there in 2021. Tried to get the under the hood recall fix. I called the service department twice and they said bring it in between 8-12 Monday - Friday. Took it in on a Monday and they couldn’t even diagnose the problem due to staffing according to dye service manager. The service manager was going to look into the fix and parts required and never called me back. I contacted my sales rep a few days later and he got me an appointment for the next week. I went to the appointment and they looked at it for 2 hours and said they didn’t have the part. I wish they would have checked prior to scheduling an appointment. They wanted me to come back a third time and I said forget it. I took my Expedition to another local dealership and had a much better experience, including courtesy transportation like Ford promised in the letters they sent me. Masheter refused this saying they didn’t have the vehicles. My Expedition will never enter a Masheter service garage again nor will I buy a car from them if this is how the service department treats customers who spend 60k on a vehicle.
