No one knows where anything is or is even around to help you find it nor do they care. Save yourself the trouble and order online.

Terrible experience. The lady acted disgusted that we asked to use the cage. Then we asked to turn the Hit trax to test bats she claimed it hadn't been working. I insisted she try and it was working. Found two bats we liked and will purchase from an online vendor instead cause of the associates crappy attitude.

We went shopping today for my son’s 15th Birthday! We were getting him a full set of golf clubs and a golf bag. Ted was so helpful and went above and beyond what I have ever seen someone do in retail. He took his time to ask us questions and even gave our son a little golf lesson in the golf simulator room! We will always ask for him in the future! The world needs more TEDS!!

Excellent service, a lot of quality name brands. The store has a mall like feel.

What a disaster!!! It is truly hard to complain about a free event / signing but Dicks did everything the wrong way. Sadly, many people took off work to obtain these valuable wrist bands as only 150 were limited. Thus I drove 30 mins each way only to return later to the store for a 2nd time for the actual signing . Tons of people showed up with items to sign which was not allowed even if you purchased previously from Dicks. The only item we were told that could be signed was the "Player card" which Dicks supplied. When I think of player card, I envision a player in action wearing Scarlett & Gray, but instead A head shot of Will wearing a "GREEN" hoodie with the "Dicks" logo of the card. Yuck!! To make it worse , the size was approx 5x7 . Could the customer not pay for an 8x10 at the store for a standard size pic? The event could not be considered a "meet and greet" either as herded quickly through the apparently endless long lines. At least this 5x7 can be used for a book marker. If the goal was to make this a fan appreciation gig, it failed! Many of us left thoroughly disappointed and a huge waste on time. The Marking Department really dropped the ball on this event.

Ridiculous return policy!
I bought some fishing line for a rod and reel I got for Christmas for about $12. I get home and realize that part of the gift included line already, so I go to return in.
The girl at the register tries to give me $5 back. It was more than twice that two days ago! I ask what's going on, and she tells me that because I didn't have a receipt (didn't think to save it as I intended to use the product right away) they can only give me the lowest price "we've ever sold it for". That price must be going back to the 90s!!
I could tell she had been through this a million times so I kept my line and left without complaining or asking for a manager. It'll be the last sale they ever get from me though. I try to support brick and mortar locations, but I think they just made a certain online retailer a new customer today. Sad.
I understand some people exploit policies, but there needs to be some wiggle room to take care of decent folk. I can assure you I have better ways to keep my mortgage paid than buying a single reel of fishing line on sale and returning it lol!
It's been real, Dicks, it's been real. Farewell.

A younger female associate spoke rudely to me at this store. I was searching throughout the store for a certain vest and I came across an associate that directed me to ask at the register. There were two associates at the counter and an older gentleman promptly interacted. I asked him if he there were any Carhartt canvas mock neck vests. He misheard me and thought I was asking for bibs. I replied telling him “No, I’m looking for a vest.” The younger female associate butted in and said “well, did you even look?” I replied with saying “yes, I looked.” Then she went on to say how that’s all that’s on the floor, and that I could look it up myself online (still all with a tone.) No thanks to that. I walked away saying I will find someone else to help me. I then proceeded to another area of registers where an associate was kind enough to look it up for me. They didn’t have it, but treating customers like it’s a “them problem” rather than being helpful isn’t customer service.

I spend over $1,000 a month at this store with three teenage boys, that are all heavily involved in athletics. I've never been followed and asked if I'm doing okay, so much in my life. From security, to each one of the 30 people on staff on a slow Tuesday afternoon.
Every time I lift my head up, I have eight sets of eyeballs surrounding me at each section of the store... Stalking me. It creeped me out.
I make my way from the back of the store where the shoes are, to the middle where the hoodies are. As I'm approaching the front to get in line and check out. A group of security, managers and floor people have formed a tight circle right by the front door lol
I don't know what kind of theft is happening at this store. I guess it is Easton, so there's that. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I think I will start going to other Dick's sporting goods That make you feel like a person, not a criminal.
P.S. The young black girls working the registers always have an attitude, that's to be expected. Every time I come, which is about once a week. It's like you're bothering them. But again, if the shoe fits.

Do not buy gift cards at Easton Lowe’s in Columbus Ohio. Bought 700 worth of gift cards for 3 travel ball coaches. Clerk behind counter grabbed them for us . When coaches went to use there was 0.00 on each card. Manager not returning calls or assisting

I went there to get shoes but to my suprise the shoe section seemed to be shrinking and i couldn't find very many shoes i liked, other that that its a great place for other sports stuff.
