I regret choosing this collision center to fix my vehicle and if you need ur insurance to increase come here, my car had a front physical damage and when I brought it here , it they estimated it to be repaired for$ $ 4,437.97 and I accepted but when I came to pick up my car after 2 weeks they had it repaired for $9,300.79 dollars . They need called me to tell whatever was broken or damaged and the car had No engine, radiator or even the hood of car was Normal , even my lights were good , it’s all about insurance fraud. By the way even my car emblem is not fixed on well. Imagine increasing $5,300.35 dollars without any major part that was broken or damaged. They just destroyed my insurance profile . Evidenced by the pictures am posting here. $$$ no major damage

Please don’t take your vehicle here. They did the estimate of $4400.97 but when I went to pick up my car the cost was $9300.79 without prior notice of increase or call to let me know the cost. The vehicle was just damaged from end the hood was fine and the engine, radiator. See attached photos. I believe this was insurance scam again, the insurance should stop trusting dealership for repairs.

I had hail damage and the way it was repaired, my car looks new. I am very happy with how this went from customer service keeping me updated throughout the process all they way thru picking it up. I will take all my body shop repairs to this shop going forward.

Best in Central Ohio! Amazing experience. Great sense of humor. Super service. My insurance company was very difficult to work with but you and your Team were fantastic. Supervisor Mike, Hanna & Tricia were all just great. I wanted to drop off a case of beer but didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. I will never buy or get service from anyone else but Performance. We have bought several vehicles from Performance Lexus in Cincinnati and now Performance Toyota is our go to in Columbus, Ohio.
