poor quality, accusatory service
I went to Discount Tire at Easton Town Center for what I thought would be a quick tire rotation and balance. when I called they said they were not busy.
when there they asked if I wanted an alignment too, and I said sure, why not!
They told me 30 minutes… but over an hour later, I finally got my car back.
As soon as I drove off, the tire pressure light came on . I was almost home so I called, they told me it was “normal” and would turn off after driving.
Spoiler alert: it didn’t.
So, I came back the next day because my car was pulling hard to the right . it didn’t do this prior to the alignment
They took another look and told me the alignment had “popped out” ???
I must have hit something.
I didn’t hit anything I live 10 min away.
I asked about the tire pressure, and guess what? They admitted it was never done in the first place.
Im wondering, was the alignment ever done??
I’ve always bought my tires here and usually had great service, but this round was a letdown. Two trips, hours wasted, and a lot of frustration.
I’m hoping the next visit goes back to the reliable service I’ve come to expect.

Lowerd my 5 star review from 5 to 2 after 5 years. Came to store to get a nail pulled and patched waited almost 2 hours and while waiting 2 other customers came in one for a rotatiin and one for something else and had no appointment they were served first and they both waited around 35 minutes each. I think i will find a new store to go to from now on.

Used this location multiple times over the years. My most recent experience here was really awesome! Props to Damien for being friendly, knowledgeable, and setting realistic expectations on the wait time. He was very up front on everything..Rare in this business. Plus he took care of an issue for me that they didn’t really have to, due to a tire choice I made incorrectly. Definitely, definitely recommend!!

I had some new rims put on a 2017 camaro. Over good job. Miner problem with a worker almost messing up a new rim on the balancing machine butt after talking with Carlos he made me feel better about the situation and took over to complete the job. I appreciate you Carlos great job

Terrible Service, Didn't get Greeted, Didn't get told when the Tires where put on. The Fat Latin Guys obviously need Some Gym Work.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Stopped in for 4 tires. They claimed 6 in stock. Proceeded with installation.
During installation tech notifies me they only have 3 of the 4 needed (problem with inventory?)
Say they can have 4th tire in an hour. I get the 3 installed, they notify me the 4th tire has arrived. I go back, as they pull the truck in I noticed one of the tires they installed doesn't match, should be 4 ATP, one of the fronts was an AT3....🙄
I notify them of their mistake, they scramble to find a 4th matching tire, send a manager to pick it up,claim it should only take 30 mins for then to retrieve the correct tire needed. I'm now 4+ hours into this whole ordeal and still waiting.
It's a company account,I'm forced to get tires from them, but I could never recommend Discount Tire for anything.
Overlooking small details is not satisfactory, my time is valuable, they wasted alot of my precious time due to poor training, management.

They have now charged me $844.96 x 2 = $1689.92 for tires that were not installed. I cancelled the appointment/order the day after I made it. When I tried to call them, I went to a recording that said they were too busy to take my call! I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. i would not recommend them!!

Don was great even when I forgot to confirm appointment. Very pleasant atmosphere and very professional. The guy change my tire quick. It was just a good experience

I only had to have a simple tire repair, but the staff was extremely professional and very friendly and took care of the problem right away

I had an appointment for 4:15pm and I was assisted right away. They quoted a finish time of 5:10pm and I was handed my key back 5 minutes early with everything done!

Got my 4 new tires installed today — in and out under 45 minutes. No complaints, all employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
