Don’t come here if you appreciate timeliness. I’m here from out of town and had to have a prescription filled. Google says they’re open til 6:30. Came after work and got here at 6:07 to find out they close at 6 on the door. Google says they open at 9, but door says 8:30. So I get here at 8:45 the next day. Pharmacist isn’t there. “Any idea when he’ll be in?” “9 o’clock usually”. I come back at 9. It’s now 9:15. “Any idea what time he’ll be here?” “Uh idk when he usually gets here” What???? Now I have to leave to go to work. How this place has good reviews is beyond me but this is ridiculous. I’ve moved my prescription to a different pharmacy.

I’ve never been to a pharmacy and greeted by the pharmacist. When I had meds that were not in stock, he went above and beyond to make sure they got them in stock. The pharmacist assistants, are equally helpful. They are willing to deliver meds within reason to ensure everyone has a fair chance to get their medications. The staff here is phenomenal. They care for their clients/patients and will fight for you and with you to get what you need. I have never had a bad experience here. I had a situation happen and I started getting frustrated. They were very patient with me and although the situation was my fault, he was just grateful that I had my medication and was okay. Never did the staff get upset, angry or frustrated with me. I swear I have never felt like I mattered to a pharmacist, but I feel like family here. Thanks for being amazing and charismatic. I’m grateful I found this place. ⭐️5 GOLDEN STARS ⭐️

I’m not one to usually use smaller pharmacy’s for multiple reasons. But this isn’t like those. These are the nicest most welcoming people who remembered my name and greet me personally. They care about if I have my meds or not unlike CVS or this other names who just think you another person. The pharmacist is a great man who is helping a lot of people.

Dr. Jackson is amazing! He has the pharmacy keeping the chaotic med needs all of our family has and makes it look easy keeping it in order! He calls to check up and has the most amazing customer service ethics ever! We will always come to Dr Joe ...there is only one regret I have about Dr's pharmacy. And that is that I didn't find out about them alot sooner!! Thanks yall!

This is the best pharmacy in Columbus by far. Dr Jackson treats me like family every-time I’m in there. He is always kind, high spirited, and helpful. He provides prescription delivery anytime I need it and asks how my family and I have been doing every time I visit. I’m glad I made the switch last year and would highly recommend you giving Dr Jackson and his team a chance to be your provider. You will not regret it.

You get personal care from probably the most knowledgeable pharmacist in town that makes you feel like a cared about patient unlike pharmacy chains that make it obvious you are a client/number.
