Terrible store. You can find what you need if you want to unload the carts they leave all around the isles. Not worth a disabled veteran to have to walk there for nothing. They need a manager that knows how to do their job instead of letting all the employees but one hangout in the back room. Maybe they just need to hire people who want to work.

First of all, it is against the law in the state of Ohio for any district manager to tell a customer about any workers or former workers why they was fired to a customer, or even speak unprofessionally about a worker, I will be contacting the worker they was speaking about and having them file a lawsuit on this district manager and the company as well… very unprofessional and very disrespectful, and the district manager needs to be fired asap… also telling us about other store how she fired everyone else cause no one was doing their job, first of all a lot of the workers there were going by what they knew to do cause dollar general didn’t give anyone time or to learn what to do to do the job correctly and this district manager was out of line for what she said….

Hours are open till 9 but the doors are locked at 830 … feel bad for the people that just walked here in the rain .. can’t keep the stores clean and they don’t stay open . Shame shame.

Always great deals..Update everything has gone up on $$$But then again it's like that everywhere.We still enjoy shopping here the manager is awesome and his shift team as well.**update **08/16/2023What in the world happen to this placeProduct all over the floor. Should not have rotated staff. Should have just left it the way it was.

3 employees were just hanging out in the parking lot. It was 8:15 before they went inside. Store opens at 8. And they still did not open the store. Work ethic seems to be a huge issue.

It's not what it used to be at this location and I know they have had problems with being robbed along with other locations other than South High street in the Southend of Columbus but I couldn't find any red bull no mt. Dew and I could tell that maybe it was the area but the beauty section was very small and limited the hair hair was limited I really struggled to walk out with anything luckily they did have diapers for my son but only the smaller packs no boxes. I shop dollar general every week and weekend spending lots of $$$ so it's not the stores as a business it wasn't the cashier that was sucking on a dental floss stick and taking it in and out of her mouth because she was nice even though it was a bit distracting as I was talking and asking for help it just was the empty shelves or common items people buy weekly yet replaced for edge creams in Soo many colors and a lot of rows of the same one color to fill in for shampoos smh I will not be back to high streets location I'll stick to lockbourne road or Asheville location. I know different locations would stock a little bit different but this way a little bit much.

I started to walk in with my daughter, and the clerk had no mask . The customer he was waiting on had no mask. It's disgusting to see this and I have reported it to the heath department.
