Only reason I give them a 2 because most of the time worker speak & friendly. BUT THIS ONE NEVER HAVE STOCK OR INVENTORY! They don't want to stock up I guess & I never see many boxes way to be put on shelves. I go in here so, I don't have to go in Kroger & right down from my job. But still have go in Kroger because NEVER HAVE STOCK!!!!

I came into the store looking for a particular item. The inventory online show that they had 10 the assistant store manager by the name of Richard ( a man with dirty shoes) was not willing to help me locate the 10 items. when I asked him about looking in the back he said that he doesn’t have time to go to the back to look for an item. As his handheld scanner sat right next to him. I think this is very poor customer service and he should address and trained on what customer service means. if someone is looking for something and they need help at least be willing to help even if you’re not able to locate the item but at least try. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my whole time of shopping at Dollar General and I am not satisfied. I would rate this experience a negative -1

I hope everyone gives us another chance the knew manager helped get are store back together. This is aprilmay aka sunshine. please come check us out, now im working very hard to get things back on track. This store is my baby and im trying my best. I have great knew workers that put there heart and soul to make it better.

The staff is always nice and helpful. They really need help with stocking. But even though the store needs to get uboats out the aisle. I usually find what I need. The courtesy of the staff makes your experience worth going. ?
