From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devon and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.)

The gentleman today was great…he fixed the 2 mistakes from the first guys that came out. The fact that the first guys out here made two errors is the problem. A) The leak caused several bottles of my cleaning supplies to rust on the bottom and I had to throw them away. 2) I had to miss work for the second time- to fix their mistake.
At the least, I should have been refunded for what was paid - for the mistakes that were made

Jon came out on a Saturday and got our main line cleared. He was patient and answered all my questions about how it got clogged and looked at some other issues. He was professional and I have no reservations recommending him and this company!

For 5+ months we had a leak coming from somewhere in the laundry room. Maintenance at my apartment complex couldn’t figure it out the 10+ times they came to my apartment. Thankfully they called Drain Master to come out. Dylan and Cody figured out where the problem was coming from in no time!!! They worked all day at my apartment to fix the issue and I couldn’t be more thankful! They were very nice & professional, I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very quick response time. Quote was less than the other company I called and when the job was done I was actually charged half of what the original quote was. The guy said it didn't take as long as initially planned. Very honest because I was willing to pay the original quote.
