Purchased a car here from out of state. Out of all of the dealers that i called, Pierre at Drive Direct was the only person who quickly helped get a deal done without the headaches of over the top sales tactics. Jack Lee helped me finance the vehicle and was very respectful and fair through the process. Never felt pressured or like i only had 1 option. Even though I'm in California, i will 100% consider buying from here again in the future.

I waited 10 months before posting a review. I'm still very happy with Drive Direct and my car. Service was great and straightforward. Purchasing was easy, and the location is very clean/professional. I dealt with Mike Ellsworth. He gave me all the information I needed and was very accommodating. It's always a pleasure to deal with a car salesperson who is straightforward with answers, isn't pushy, and works to get you what you need/want. Great service.

Amazing company, great communication, and a very easy process! I discovered my new purchase online, reached out to the dealership and met with Nathan Weekes the same day. They allowed me to test drive the car and have it checked for any problems. Paperwork was easy as well. They do accept lenders outside of the banks they typically work with, and offer amazing GAP/warranty options. At the end of my purchase, my tank was filled, my car was washed and detailed, and I received 3 free oils changes, as well as an additional 3 oil changes 50% off. I haven’t stopped smiling since I left the lot. If you are ever in need of a used car from a reputable dealership, Toyota/Drive Direct is the place to be!! Peace ✌🏾

Adding on to this- I sold the vehicle to Lindsay Acura (way better experience and more professional staff.) Lindsay calls me a week after trading in my vehicle to tell me Drive Direct never put the title in my name and it’s been over 3 months. This place is an absolute joke. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE if you value customer service and trust that things will get handled correctly. I don’t know who is in charge of getting the title transferred but I worked with Richard Briggs and Joseph Richardson. This dealership has been a headache since the minute I purchased a car from them.******If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a car from here 7 weeks ago and it has been hell since. First of all the car was smoked in and drive direct does not detail their cars. Salesman told me if I take it to get detailed the smell will come out. After I bought it, I did take it to be detailed TWICE and the smell did not come out. I understand I made the purchase knowing of the smell however, I decided I no longer wanted the car and wanted my gap insurance and warranty refunded from Drive Direct to get something else. I reached out to the salesman and asked if they could give me what I paid for it and I’d give them my business again. He said they don’t do that. Never offered another solution. I waited over 6 weeks for those refunds, called and emailed and could never get a hold of anyone. I texted the salesman I bought it from, he never answered. I left voicemails for managers and the GM, never heard back. Emailed every person in finance, never heard back. I had to physically go in there just to get an update and they were not apologetic at all about their lack of customer service. Finally I get the refunds and am excited to finally trade this car in. Go out this morning and my car won’t start! I’ve had it for 7 weeks. I call drive direct’s service department and they say I’ll have to pay to tow it to them to take a look at it. Buying a car from here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. They do not care about customers and just want to make a sale.

I had a great experience at Drive Direct, and Zach was a huge help throughout the entire process. He worked with me for six months to find the right car and was always patient, reliable, and helpful. When I finally purchased my Acura RDX, Zach negotiated the price and made sure I got a great deal.
He was extremely nice, honest, and easy to work with, and he never made me feel pressured. Zach truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Drive Direct and especially Zach if you’re looking for someone you can trust.

This past Saturday, my husband and I had a wonderful experience at Drive Direct, specifically with Eman Qadir who helped us every step of the way. We were not pressured into anything, Eman answered every question we had prior to us even getting to the dealership, he ensured the vehicle we purchased was clean and ready to go before all our paperwork was signed, and this was the most quick, efficient, and pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.
We did all our paperwork with Joseph Richardson and he was so pleasant and kind through the whole process. He gave us all our warranty options without being pushy, and helped us work out the best deal while staying within our budget.
If youre in the market for a vehicle, do not hesitate to call and ask for Eman! We cannot recommend him specifically, and Drive Direct, enough!

I would not ever recommend buying a car here. They don’t inspect their cars and you’ll end up with a car that has a lot of problems. I took a male friend with me, he told me not to go alone, but he was no help. The car I bought needed new tires and didn’t have oil in it plus the heat doesn’t work. Just save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Amanda. She made buying my car such an easy and comfortable experience from the very beginning. She helped me get a great deal and was so personable and easy to talk to. It never felt rushed or stressful, and I always felt like she genuinely had my best interests in mind.
What really stood out to me was how helpful she was even after the sale. When I noticed an issue with my car’s paint shortly after buying it, she immediately stepped in to help and made sure everything was taken care of. She even got me a great deal on getting it fixed, which I truly appreciated.
If you are looking for someone who is honest, kind, and truly cares about her customers, I cannot recommend Amanda enough. She is amazing at what she does!

My salesman Nathan was a very lovely person. He was patient with us and we chose the car we wanted. He played a very big role in being our advocate on anything concerning the car. All in all I would 10/10 recommend Nathan to whoever is looking to buy a car at Toyota Direct.
